Lead academy sport psychologist. Providing psychological support to athletes, helping you reach your full potential... I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist (SEP), who takes a personable approach when it comes to supporting clients. I am passionate about putting the person first and tailoring the support structure I provide to best suit individual and their needs. I am currently implementing and providing psychological support within a WSL Academy, supporting players, parents and staff to enhance their mental wellbeing and enhancing their performance to help them to reach their full potential... Key skills are the ability to communicate effectively with a range of demographics, keeping psychological interventions and environments to be specific for the individual and their needs. As well as, always putting the person first above anything else. Designed and delivered a number of psychology workshops and presentations.
