THERAPEUTIC HORSES OF SARATOGA

Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, Inc. (THS) is a not-for-profit organization supporting retired racehorses in leading a peaceful, safe, and meaningful life by rescuing and retraining them for therapeutic programming... THS works in partnership with local certified equine therapists who provide equine-assisted therapy (EAT) to our community's most vulnerable populations. This includes adults and children with mental illness and social difficulties, veterans, families and couples, victims of domestic violence, and others in need of care... Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, Inc. is an organization that supports our troops. We encourage local providers to utilize our horses to provide Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) services to Active Duty and National Guard military members, Reservists, Veterans, and their families.
