REGIONAL TRAFFIC ALLIANCE

The Regional Traffic Alliance (RTA), Inc. was established in 1996 by a group of citizens that shared a common vision of safe roadways for all. The group created a formal organization, electing directors and pooling seed money to support the organization in its early days.
