The Oscar is committed to providing world-class facilities, technologies, and event support for experiences including concerts, theatrical productions, dance performances, lectures, recordings, and special events for the SDSU campus, community, and region while supporting the development of programs and groups dedicated to educating, entertaining, and serving performing arts patrons... The Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center serves South Dakota State University, the Brookings community and the region. It is a state-of-the-art performing arts center that is the home for concerts, theatrical and dance performances, special events and SDSU's School of Performing Arts.
