TDA was founded by Kirsten Dernbach, who led Information Technology, Finance, and Customer Service teams at a Fortune 10 Telecommunication provider for over 25 years. Growing up in Eastern Washington and as a current resident in Tennessee, Kirsten fully recognizes the needs and challenges of rural communities. Upon leaving her corporate career, she decided to pursue her passion for community service and environmental sustainability by creating TDA... TDA is passionate about the elimination of discrimination in all forms.
