Amanda Hsieh

Amanda Hsieh helps business leaders and industries improve long-term value by guiding the integration of sustainability into their business. Amanda is Vice President of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) at ClimeCo and specializes in providing business-aligned sustainability solutions and advice to clients. She brings 25 years of broad sustainability and business experience with a solution-oriented approach. Previously, Amanda served as Chief Operations Officer at Global Affairs Associates until the company was acquired by ClimeCo. She also worked to improve social and environmental conditions in IKEA's North and South American supply chains and reduce the environmental footprint of its products. Amanda contributed to the redesign of IKEA's global supplier sustainability scorecard and led the annual sustainability data collection for her region. She started her career at IKEA on the purchasing side of the company, eventually overseeing the largest supplier group in the region and delivering lower prices, shorter lead times, better product quality and healthier products. Amanda is the co-host of the ESG Decoded podcast and co-founder of the Resilient Business Forum. She earned a B.B.A. in Finance from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Anne Robertson - Founder

Over the past 25 years Anne has developed effective strategies for generating revenue for several large non-profits and socially responsible businesses. One of the areas has focused concentrated her energies, are toxic chemicals and human health, especially that of our children. It is this concern that has lead Anne on a journey of discovery and she has committed her time, resources and talents to unite a coalition of concerned individuals, organizations, businesses and communities to come together for the sake of our children. Anne is the great-granddaughter of the founder of Reynolds Aluminum and the great, great grand-niece of RJ Reynolds Tobacco. This upbringing has provided a unique perspective on the power big business can yield in the marketplace. While there are many great examples of corporations being good stewards, she has discovered there is a dark side to companies that operate with impunity, and she is dedicated to finding a better way for businesses to operate. Towards that goal she has recently launched a global initiative called Toxic Free Future for Our Children to address our global toxicity crisis and provide holistic solutions and systemic change and she has recently joined the ESG team at Robertson Stephens.

Chris Knapp - Founder

Chris has over 36 years experience as investment advisor and entrepreneur. He began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York, later co-founding and serving as CEO for Chilton Capital Management in Houston. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens Chris founded and served as CEO for Collaboration Capital, an investment advisory practice predicated on ESG principles and the power of for-profit enterprise to solve for complex, growing problems. A stalwart believer in the importance of active community engagement and civic leadership on the part of corporate citizens, Chris serves or has served as board member and/or in leadership capacity of The Honors College at the University of Houston, BridgeUp at Menninger, Hermann Park Conservancy, Houston Parks Board, Memorial Park Conservancy, The John Fairey Garden, and Workshop Houston. Chris earned a BA in Art History and History from Williams College.

Grace Rodriguez

Grace Rodriguez helps do-gooders do greater. After working in both the public and private sectors supporting changemakers and entrepreneurs through organizations like Houston City Council, Mercury Fund, and TED, then co-founding creative incubator C2 Create and tech startup hub Station Houston, Grace saw many diverse entrepreneurs still being overlooked and underserved. To address this, she co-founded and currently leads Impact Hub Houston, an impact innovation incubator that builds inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystems and empowers diverse innovators to solve society's most challenging problems. Working alongside 102+ Impact Hubs in over 64 countries around the world - recognized by the United Nations as the world's largest network for accelerating solutions towards measurable and scalable impact for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - Impact Hub Houston provides inclusive platforms, intentional programs, and international resources to help local entrepreneurs create the change they wish to see in the world.

Jonathan Kraatz

Jonathan Kraatz is the first Executive Director for the U.S. Green Building Council Texas Chapter. In 2015, Kraatz was named Interim Executive Director over the formation of USGBC Texas, bringing together green building resources and knowledge from across the state. He facilitated the merger of the four Legacy U.S. Green Building Council Chapters in Texas, and accepted the permanent role in January 2016. Previously he served as Executive Director for the USGBC North Texas Chapter since 2010, he was hired as the Chapter's media and communications strategist and was quickly promoted to more responsible positions within the organization. He earned a LEED Green Associate credential in 2010 and speaks regularly about the Chapter's mission, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, and building sustainability. He was also named part of Who's Who in Energy by the Dallas Business Journal in 2012, 2013, and again in 2014. He was also elected to the Board of Directors for the Dallas Fort Worth Association Executives in 2013, 2015, 2017, and became President in 2019. Kraatz was also part of the initial Dallas 2030 District Leadership Council and the Advisory Council for the City of Fort Worth Better Buildings Challenge - serving as its Co-Chair from 2017 to 2019 and the Steering Committee for the City of Dallas' Comprehensive Climate Action Plan Working Group. In 2015 he was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award, a premier volunteer awards program encouraging citizens to lead a life of service from the President of the United States, for his efforts with the USGBC Chapter Network Evolution Working Groups. He holds a degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University and credits being challenged early in his career by great mentors for the flexibility and adaptability that has shaped him as a leader.

Prasad Jaladi

Prasad Jaladi is the Founder and Chief Facilitator at Suraksha. He has executive experience in life sciences and IT, including emerging technology. He has obtained Master's degree in organic chemistry from Bhavnagar University, Gujarat, India. Prasad has worked in pharmaceutical industry, managed QA, R&D, pilot, commercial manufacturing and consulting for the manufacturing of bulk active pharmaceutical ingredients. He obtained professional training in ERP and CRM. Prasad managed IT consulting and bio-IT businesses from Silicon Valley and Texas. Prasad has supported companies, universities, government and private research institutions and hospitals with IT consulting, SaaS, and training programs in the North and South Americas. He has built international partnerships to promote STEM, innovation and entrepreneurship. Prasad is supporting sustainable innovation and involved in technology commercialization projects. He was an Ambassador for Island Innovation and is an Ambassador for My Green Lab. Prasad is a speaker at international forums on innovation for sustainable planet and a mentor at startup incubators in the US and India. He has hosted international conferences and workshops for supporting STEM, professional and workforce development, innovation and entrepreneurship.
