"Replication" is a word that describes the process of making a copy or replica. The replica is often different from the original, but it follows the same pattern. In business, you are warned that you cannot make copies. The original idea or book is owned by the creator and is protected under copyright. In this Replication process, we want you to make a copy, a replica of a training program that has helped churches and missions train their church planters in more than 40 countries. Our goal is to help you take the principles and patterns of the training but add in your own experiences and materials. What you develop may not be a replica, but if it follows the pattern, you will copy it right!
