Austin has deep roots in the local construction industry and is proud to call Wenatchee his home. During his time with Real Homes, Port has held numerous roles; initially, as a part of the construction crew - to eventually taking on more of a leadership role in the company, managing the development of new projects, working directly with clients, and designing all Real Home's floorplans. Today, Austin oversees the operational success of Real Homes, executing the construction and sales of more than 45 homes annually. When Austin is not working, he enjoys boating on the Columbia River, date nights with his fiancé, and watching the Seahawks win on gameday.
Javier has been involved in the construction industry for more than 30 years. In 1989 he moved to California and got his start framing for a residential and commercial company building hotels, restaurants, etc., across CA, NV, ID, OR, and WA. Eventually Javier settled in Wenatchee and continued to work as a general contractor. Javier was introduced to Jon Port and realized that he happened to be the cousin of his previous boss in California, Jeff Port. Soon after, he started working with Real Homes and has been with the company for 15 years. He now manages over 25 employees and sub-contractors, overseeing the construction of 45 homes a year.

Jon has been leading the Wenatchee area real estate and home-building industries for over 40 years. Born and raised in Wenatchee, Jon is proud to be your "hometown builder". Getting his start selling manufactured homes, Jon has always been working toward providing affordable homes in the community. Eventually transitioning from mobile homes to building his own brand of Real Homes. Today Jon leads his company in planning for the long-term development and strategizing new real estate acquisitions. In his free time, he enjoys being Grandpa to his 4 grandkids (and counting!), traveling with his wife, or hosting an epic Summer BBQ.
