To systematically study acquired drug resistance in cancer, we have now established the Resistant Cancer Cell Line (RCCL) collection, a unique collection of 1300 cancer cell lines representing acquired resistance in 15 cancer entities and includes cell lines adapted to 67 targeted and cytotoxic anti-cancer drugs. We combine wet abd dry lab research primarily in the area of acquired drug resistance in cancer and we also have an interest in studying virus pathogenicity
