We offer refferrals to a complete panel of Specialist, to meet all of your healthcare needs... We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) community organization, a New York State non-profit Corporation providing care to its patient-consumers guided by government directives. We aim to provide quality health and human services to the medically under-served and low-income populations in a culturally sensitive manner in Buffalo and surrounding areas.
