At the Winer Family Foundation, we focus on the health and development of children and families, with an emphasis on the continuum between preconception to age five. We collaborate with philanthropy, nonprofits, government, and community stakeholders to identify barriers, convene experts, propose innovative solutions, and fund pilot programs to test creative approaches that build on the strengths of families and communities... North Carolina's greatest resource is our people - and our state's policies, programs, and systems can either block or unlock the full potential of our children and families.
