The bar program at Zuzul Coastal Cuisine is the product of the same level of care and attention that goes into our food. None of our cocktails use pre-made mixes or artificial ingredients. Drink offerings change frequently, inspired by our ever-changing menu and seasonal flavors. We produce our own cocktail bases, syrups, and more, and are proud to serve a well-curated beer and wine list... Zuzul Coastal Cuisine, located at 1370 E. 70th Street in Shreveport's Fern Marketplace, is the second restaurant from Gabriel and Brooke Balderas. The husband-and-wife duo also own and operate El Cabo Verde, a popular Mexican eatery located at 1023 Provenance Place Boulevard in Shreveport. Zuzul Coastal Cuisine focuses on fresh, sustainable dishes inspired by coastal Latin America, as well as classic favorites.
