His roles include being the Chief Risk Officer and Group Executive Director for an LSE listed asset manager which followed a career in investment management and asset servicing compliance, risk management, audit and treasury.

David Ridge - COO

David has worked in operations in the asset management industry for over 30 years, the bulk of which was for an industry leading funds provider. He has significant experience in running teams in various disciplines and managing third-party service providers. His key strength is building and maintaining strong working relationships between the various elements of an asset manager's operating model. He is personable and collegiate whilst being clear and demanding when appropriate.

Ellie Edmeades

Ellie is a Film and Theatre graduate from The University of Reading where she graduated with a 2:1, and she is hoping to bring her collaboration skills and adaptability into the workplace. Ellie is thrilled to be able to join a growing business at such an exciting time, and is very eager to gain knowledge and experience at Minerva.

Gareth Roblin

Gareth is an experienced independent director and chartered accountant with extensive senior experience within the financial services sector, particularly investment and fund management. He has held senior roles, predominantly in financial, operational and change disciplines, in large and small entrepreneurial businesses.

Jake is an Economics with Politics Graduate from the University of Plymouth. He is a driven individual who is looking to gain industry experience in a dynamic and growing business.

Keith Lovett

Keith has worked in the financial services sector for over 40 years holding a number of senior positions at market leading investment managers, fund managers, banks and insurance companies. These included board positions as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Operations as well as advising on and managing significant change initiatives as an independent Consultant.

Keith Meeres - Chairman

Keith has had a 45-year career in financial services, 20 of which has been as an executive board director. He has an accomplished CV based on governance, risk, compliance and company secretarial roles within various financial organisations. His senior roles at a Friendly Society, a firm with c. 2 million customers and c. £7 billion funds under management, incorporated a range of UK authorised funds valued at c. £3 billion. He was a director, compliance officer and MLRO of the fund management business for 19 years.

Mark Catmull

Mark has been working with Minerva since November 2015. Prior to joining Minerva, Mark has been in the Financial Services for 30 years with 26 years in a sales environment both as an IFA and in Business Development for major life companies. Throughout his career, Mark has developed solid relationships with various Distribution Channels and IFA Networks at director and board level and has an extensive understanding on how to bring a product to market. He has also designed and developed products for the retail market which includes designing and editing marketing literature and establishing launch campaigns.

Stephen Watson

Stephen is an institutional investment professional with 41 years of experience in the industry, spanning across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North American markets. His experience includes work in investment strategy, asset allocation, managing funds, business development, winning new clients and serving client's needs. He has held senior roles in multiple firms, specifically in the investment and fund management sectors.

Steve Purdie

Steve has recently joined Minerva Fund Management Solutions in a consultancy role. Having been in the industry since 1978 , and working with 5 different product providers at senior management level, either in a strategic relationship role or as a team leader, Steve has an invaluable depth of knowledge and experience in the retail market. It is this level of knowledge which he is willing to share with wealth management firms, helping them make strategic changes to their business model and improve their client investment outcomes.
