ALEX HUTCHEON + CO - Key Persons
Adrian joined Alex Hutcheon & Company in 2016 and graduated from Aberdeen University in 2021 with a First in the Law (LLB) Hons before completing the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2022. Adrian is experienced in estate agency, residential conveyancing and Executry administration.
Having graduated from Robert Gordon University with a law degree in July 2021, Adrianna has subsequently graduated with Diploma in Legal Professional Practice a year later. She joined the firm in March 2022 and is primarily involved in residential conveyancing by assisting clients with sale and purchase transactions.
Alex graduated from Aberdeen University in 1976 and is hugely experienced in front line residential property work, in particular, estate agency services, having been the partner in charge of Property Shops in two large highly respected Aberdeen Firms prior to founding his own firm.
Elaine has been employed in the legal profession for over 35 years and is recognised as an Accredited and Registered Para-Legal through The Law Society of Scotland. She has gained experience over the years in many areas and gained an HNC and 5 PDA's in 2001 resulting in gaining her Diploma in Legal Studies at that time. She has worked as a Para-Legal since this time, specifically in Housing Association work, commercial development work and private client work.
Following completion of a LL.B.Hons and post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Aberdeen University Fayona joined the firm in 2003. Fayona specialises in residential property, residential development and relocation conveyancing.
Frances has 8 years of finance, admin and customer service experience within the retail industry. She is currently studying SOLAS (Society of Law Accountants in Scotland) exams to further her knowledge and develop herself within her current role and other areas such as executries & feeing.
Having graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a 2:1 in the LLB (Hons) course in July 2022, Jill has recently joined Alex Hutcheon & Company as a Legal Assistant.
Jill is also working towards achieving a traineeship with the firm once she has graduated from the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2023.

Kira is a Senior Property Assistant with the firm. She graduated with a 2:1 in Business Management from Robert Gordon University in 2021.
Kira assists clients with the sale of their properties and provides professional marketing knowledge on the current Aberdeen market.
Kirsty joined Alex Hutcheon & Company in early 2022 as a Legal Assistant and has recently commenced a traineeship with the firm. She graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2021 with a 2:1 in the LLB (Hons) and with Distinction in the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2022.
Pauline has over 15 years of senior administrative experience working in the private sector and has a strong background in HR, Recruitment and Facilities/Office Management.
Pauline's role at the firm is to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently and her role involves legal compliance, implementation and development of firm policy and procedures and HR.
