Alex is based in our London office and has a strong range of experience in the property sector including the valuation of care homes, retail, offices, hotels and listed buildings.
Alex works for our key clients including LandSec (Land Securities Ltd), Impact Healthcare, G4S and Capco.

Andrew is based in the London office and responsible for managing client portfolios from commencement through to delivery of the valuation reports and beyond.
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer and was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Surveying in 2013. Andrew has a broad experience in real estate practice and has carried out valuations for loan security, financial reporting, insurance and agency purposes.
Gareth is based in the London office and works with the marketing and operational side of the company to promote sales and delivery. Gareth project manages the delivery of valuations to some of our larger corporate clients.
Gareth stated his career working a West End practice and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006. During this period Gareth gained experience working as an asset manager and surveyor for large institutional investors and property companies.

Ishmael is based in our Manchester office and provides insurance valuations to our clients. Ishmael has a background in building surveying and has a strong range of experience in the property sector including the valuation of PFI schemes, care homes and residential properties.
Mark is an Associate Director and joined Rushton International in 1998. Over the past 20 years Mark has carried out valuations for insurance, financial balance sheets, mergers and acquisitions, privatisation and joint venture purposes. Mark's work has taken him throughout the European Union, the Far East, Australasia and Hong Kong.

Matthew is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (Ireland). Matthew has over 20 years' experience in the asset valuation professional and has accumulated a wide range of experience undertaking valuations of assets in all types of industries.
Matthew has specialised in the development of valuation methodologies for complex assets and facilities such as process plants and infrastructure assets. He has completed valuation assignments for a variety of industries and has particular expertise in the following fields: mining, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, utilities.
Mike is based in our London office and provides insurance valuations to our clients. Mike is a Chartered Surveyor and hold many years of experience of valuing buildings and assets for insurance purposes.
Mike has previously completed the valuation exercise and will provide support if we are appointed to value the buildings for insurance purposes.
Oliver is based in our London office and provides insurance valuations to our clients. Oliver works in our buildings valuation team and has gained broad experience in the valuation of buildings for insurance purposes.

- Plant and Machinery Valuer
Paul studied Electrical Engineering at Leicester University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Paul joined Rushton International as a valuer of plant and machinery in 1999 and was appointed an Associate Director in 2004 and Operations Director in 2013. He specialises in insurance valuations of plant and equipment and buildings and tenants' improvements on the bases of cost replacement new and indemnity. He also undertakes valuations for acquisition and disposal purposes, security, insolvency, bank investigations and funding, management buy-outs and buy-ins and company take-overs, as well as advising on residual valuations and compulsory purchase valuations. He has prepared valuations for many industries including mining, smelters, power plants, refineries, and other assets in the Energy Sector.
Peter is based in our London office and provides insurance valuations to our clients. Peter has a background in building surveying in the insurance industry and has a strong range of experience in the property sector including the valuation of schools, PFI schemes and residential properties.

- PA and Marketing Executive
Richard is based in our Manchester office and has a broad range of experience in the property sector including the valuation of care homes, industrial units, universities, retail, shopping centres and listed buildings.
More latterly, Richard has been responsible for managing portfolio instructions within the PFI sector and has undertaken valuations of care homes, hospitals, social housing, schools, university halls of residence, prisons, fire stations and police stations.
Sue has been in the insurance industry for 25 years and joined Rushton as a sales executive in 2003. Prior to this Sue worked as a Risk Consultant with Marsh Ltd before taking a sabbatical to Australia and Asia due to winning a scholarship awarded to candidates for exemplary achievement in the Associateship of the Institute of Risk Management exams. At Rushton, Sue quickly became responsible for strategic marketing and business development which resulted in the opening of new company offices in the UK and Middle East, as well as a sister company in the US.
