Initially we thought that RBox would provide sensors and a data interpretation service. Once we started working with a major Insurer we soon realised that a complete process management system was required. Validator Assist was created and is being constantly developed... Many contractors are used during the restoration process from Loss Adjusters through to plasterers and carpet fitters. They can be large organisations or small ones all with their one points of contact. The Insurer may choose to assign an Adjuster to manage the whole process on their behalf or they may do this themselves in either case their systems and management tools place orders and assign contractors. Process reporting and planning is usuall adhoc and a manual process. In Validator Assist once a claim is created all parties involved can be assigned to the claim giving a simple point for all communications, planning and reporting.
