Duggan's One Hour is proud to have Allen. He is one of our best maintenance technicians and is EPA certified. He is thorough and takes pride in every job to ensure the system is in tip top shape, ready for the next season.
Brigham Ragusa is a born and raised Baton Rouge resident. He graduated from Catholic High School in 1967 and earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from LSU in 1972. Brigham went to work for Trane until 1980. Returning to his roots, he opened River City Air Conditioning and has been serving the Baton Rouge area ever since. Today, working alongside his stepson, Jim Wilson, he currently is Chief of Operations for his core, family business, River City's One Hour Air. Brigham prides himself on providing world-class home service and repair for his longstanding, loyal clientele.
Bud Jacobs (Sr. Service Technician) graduated form Augusta Technical College with a 3.78 GPA in 2005. Bud holds a Universal EPA Certification, the highest available. He has completed the One Hour On-Time technician course and the Senior Technician course. He is certified to sit down with any customer and handle a needs analysis, true cost calculator, and Accu Size load calculation to properly fit a system to a home owner needs. Only the top 10% Technicians with this training. He also handles most electrical repairs and generator site evaluations.
Calvin has shown himself as the tops of client satisfaction. Winning the first ever Duggan's One Hour "Service Beast" Champion belt in 2018. With the highest in client reviews for 2018, Calvin has set the mark for taking care of clients with expert diagnosis and repairs. Calvin also has extensive knowledge with electrical trouble shooting and electrical repairs. He has attended Briggs & Stratton whole house generator classes.
Our biggest UGA fan, Eric brings extensive knowledge to our parts department. Helping daily our technicians find those hard to find older parts to keep our clients system up and going.
For 5 years now Gennifer has played an imperative role in our One Hour Heating and Air family. Gennifer is our go-to person for any questions we have regarding our company insurance, history about the company, advice about life, and, of course, all things accounting. She is also the person we can count on the set things straight when something goes amiss. When she's not at One Hour, Gennifer enjoys riding the Harley with her husband and spending time with her two daughters. Gennifer says she enjoys accounting because it's all one giant puzzle. She states, "It's the most satisfying and accomplishing feeling when you finally solve the puzzle."
From the first moment he can remember, James Ward has always been a part of the HVAC industry. He started working with his family's Heating and Air company from the time he was strong enough to carry a tool bag through technical college. He has received certifications from the North American Technical Excellence Program (NATE), the Building Performance Institute (B.P.I.), and three from the National Comfort Institute (N.C.I.). In the ongoing 4 years that he has graced us with his expertise, he says that the biggest lesson our company has taught him is that the better a company treats its employees, the better the employees will treat the customer. His life motto? "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get."
A native Denham Springs, Jason Gerard is back to the HVAC industry; his previous HVAC experiences involved working on Commercial Ductwork with his brother-in-law. Retiring from his 20-year career as a cell tower engineer, Jason came to One Hour Heating and Air beginning of 2017 looking for a new, challenging change of pace. His favorite thing about working for One Hour is how immediately the company embraced him as part of the team and accepted him and his family as part of theirs. Jim Wilson has been a resident of Baton Rouge since1980. A graduate of Bishop Sullivan High School and a 1993 graduate of LSU, Jim is keen on the needs of Baton Rouge residents and the surrounding areas. Jim has had substantial experience in the home service business, beginning with his college days. In the last 24 years, he managed various heating and air and electrical companies, as well as owned and sold a successful homebuilding business. He has sound business management skills and concerns himself with delivering legendary service to his clients, while also providing optimum benefits for his employees. Through all his success, Jim states that his greatest joy is his wife, Holly, and their three children.
For the past 30 years and counting, Kelly Scott has dedicated himself to providing top-notch HVAC work for South Louisiana residents; his motto being, "If you cannot service your customer properly, someone else will." Kelly moved to Louisiana with his mom, a proud member of the United States Army, at the beginning of his high school days. During that time, he picked up a part-time job at a small, local A/C and Heating Company. From there he moved on to opening his own business in 1992 and later merged his HVAC family with ours in March of 2016. His favorite thing about working for One Hour is the readiness of resources and people to learn, grow, and teach. When he's not roaming about the office making classic dad jokes, Kelly can be found in his garage tinkering with classic cars. His favorite? The 72 Ford Torino.
Kevin bring decades of experience from home construction. Building homes all over the CSRA. He is trained by One Hour Success Academy in complete home analysis and comfort. He has proven a complete knowledge of best practices. Kevin strives to not only build the highest efficient home comfort system but also at the most affordable price... Giving the most bang for the buck available.
Kyle has demonstrated a great love of HVAC. He is always looking for new and improved techniques to improve our installation practices. Working his way to a crew leader after 2 years under our Lead installer. He is EPA certified and ready to help our clients with their home comfort system
Hard working Kyle is a great asset to our company. His attention to details makes him an awesome installation assistant. But what really makes him stand out is his ability to organize. He has transformed our warehouse space to an efficient well run space. Heading up our recycling efforts to be better stewards of our resources, he has taking it to the next level.

Our Sr. Customer Service Rep. and Sales Coordinator, Leane has been certified by One Hour Success Academy. Her amazing ability to keep up with clients needs and concerns while administrating to the daily office needs is awesome. She has been a top performer with One Hour getting thousands of clients happily involved with our Comfort Clubs. She has saved our clients money by showing how important preventive maintenance is to the life of their home comfort system.

HVAC work is truly Matt's passion. At the age of 13, Matthew Rick started working with his grandfather in the Heating and Air Business business. Matt started working for One Hour as a service technician over 10 years ago; he held the title of Top Customer Service Technician for many years. Now, as the General and Service Manager, Matt is hard-pressed in making sure that all employees provide each customer with the highest quality experience. Matt has been a strong hand in helping develop and advance the company's protocols, standards, and core values. Matt says that no matter what his title here is, his favorite title of all is the one he most recently received - "Dad."
Melisa is the infamous wife of Kelly Scott and a key asset to our One Hour family. In 1992, she aided her husband of 34 years with opening their own Heating and Air Company and began running the business full-time in 1999 until merging with One Hour in 2016. The most important thing working for ROHAC has shown her is how cost and value go hand in hand. Melisa has also held roles as a Human Resources Director for a local hospital for 14yrs, a Louisiana State Board member from 2010-2014, office nanny to Matt Rick's son Samuel, and her favorite role - "Mawmaw." Melisa would like to end her biography with an in-remembrance to her brother Robert, who passed away in 2013 of ALS - he was a true man of God, her closest friend, and one of her greatest blessings and inspirations.
Since coming to Duggan's One Hour Michelle has been a great asset. Starting in the call center, her dedication to details made her a great fit for our accounting department.
After serving our country and being honorably discharged from the army, I completed 210 hours of intensive training in HVAC. The program emphasis of HVAC fundamentals including high voltage, low voltage, soldering, and air distribution. With advance service and maintenance, I was able to earn the highest EPA certification, other certifications include R410A safety, and OSHA safety. After graduation I worked for a major retail appliance center in Tennessee. The next three years I was able to hone my skills on a vast variety of HVAC and refrigeration appliances. After returning to Georgia, I chose to continue my career with Duggan's One Hour due to their commitment to customer service. I look forward to servicing all your HVAC needs
Ralph is a hard working go get it done person.He is EPA certified. He enjoys new challenges and is willing to learn. Not only does he assist in our installation department, but also he has demonstrated himself a great maintenance technician.
Randel in our Sr. installation leader. He has attended numerous technical and installation courses. Having the highest level of EPA certification, he is an expert in all areas of installation. Making his home in McDuffie county, Randel enjoys hunting, fishing, and any other out door fun.
In 2012, Sadie Scott started her HVAC career working with her in-laws Kelly and Melisa Scott. Since working with One Hour, Sadie has worn many hats, but being the Parts Manager has been her favorite. Sadie and her family are native to the Gonzales area. Much like her in-laws, Sadie enjoys working on custom cars or going to car shows with her husband and their two children. In her free time, Sadie also loves to cook; it's especially great when she brings the leftovers to the office for all her coworkers to enjoy. Sadie says that her favorite thing about working for One Hour is her coworkers because they are more than just people she gets along with at work, but friends she enjoys hanging out with outside of work as well.
Since 2013 Scott has been helping clients design the perfect HVAC system to fit their needs. He has managed teams of 16 staff members, but prefers the one on one with happy clients. His training includes advance IAQ systems, HVAC equipment design, and building performance issues. He well qualified to design the perfect HVAC system to fit everyone's budget and performance needs.
At 23, Shane Richard is our youngest, but one of our most productive managers. He started his One Hour Heating and Air adventure as a part-time college job, but within a year he advanced to his current title of Nighttime and Weekend Manager. He's also the creator of our Employee Recognition System and employee training system. Shane channels his inspiration for greatness from his idols Arnold Schwarzenegger and Derek Jeter. His favorite things to do outside of work are play trivia at the Chimes on Highland every Monday as a dedicated member of the Devout Quiztians and bring his beautiful girlfriend, who also works for OHAC, coffee every day.
Spencer is one of most senior technicians. After serving our country, he has brought that skill and integrity to the HVAC industry. Completing One Hour's best training, he has the skill to do a complete need analysis for any home owner. He can design the best system to meet anyone's budget. With his expertise he takes on any challenge.
Hi, I'm Terrie Duggan Black administrator of Duggan One hour Heating and Air. After 20 years of being a programmer for the Thomson company, I along with my Tony were able to take over our family heating and air business. Along with my husband Randy and 2 sons, I have been able to carve out a home in McDuffie county. We enjoy the county life and are blessed living in the CSRA. Hi, I'm Tony... I started my career in heating, air conditioning and electrical in 1985. While going to Augusta College, I worked in all areas of our family business. Starting out as a helper and eventually lead service technician before I graduated from Augusta College in 1991. After marrying my wonderful bride Carol, I focused full time in HVAC and electrical contracting passing the Georgia State exam in HVAC and electrical.
