Justin Martinez, owner and founder of 4MX Ag Conservation and Construction LLC, took a leap of faith in 2015 after a 15 year career with a Central Texas based Transmission Power and Water Authority. In his career he saw many Right of Way Contractors did not produce a product he felt was acceptable and/or had preventable accidents while performing their duties. This lead to the idea of starting a Right of Way Construction Company and the idea soon became a reality. 4MX Ag Conservation and Construction LLC was founded on the principle of "Leave it better than you found it and do it safely." Justin said, "As a rancher myself, I understand that not every land owner wants a right of way on their property. So it is our responsibility to treat each piece of property with respect and leave it in better condition than we found it. We are the first ones in and the last ones out. The way we conduct ourselves leaves precedence on each land owner. That precedence can have a positive or negative impact on the project." Now with years of experience in the industry, 4MX Ag Conservation and Construction has performed work on many projects in the great state of Texas for power utilities as well as farmers and ranchers. "I love what I do. I was raised in the transmission power industry, but I was born in agriculture" Justin says. "It all goes hand in hand; one will not exist without the other, and I am proud to be a part of both."
