Dean leverages his 25+ years of experience in the industry to deliver innovative solutions that overcome our clients' challenges. Responsible for over 2,500 employees, Dean is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with an acute awareness of providing uniqueness within his service model and full accountability for results to clients. Dean oversees operations with a relentless focus on clients' needs and expectations, while providing our employees opportunities for growth within a positive work environment. His objective is to provide leadership which promotes the mission, revenue, and profitability of the organization, while maintaining the unique tone and culture of our business.

Jack Catney

Jack has over 11 years of experience working at Toronto Pearson International Airport in various front line and progressive roles including: baggage handler, security guard, screening officer, shift lead, operations supervisor, and service delivery manager. Overseeing the daily operations for AAI's security escorting, baggage handling and bus marshalling contracts, Jack is responsible for a workforce of close to 400 staff.

Nikolas Lovric

Job Titles:

With a focus on customer service and safety, Nikolas manages all aspects of the bus marshalling contract with Metrolinx at three major bus stations: The Hamilton GO Centre, Yorkdale Bus Terminal and Union Station Bus Terminal. At AAI, he started as a bus marshal supervisor at The Hamilton GO Centre and quickly moved into a management role. It was during this time that he found his passion for safety. In 2020, Nikolas carried out the successful implementation of bus marshalling and safety services at The Yorkdale Bus Terminal and the new Union Station Bus Terminal.

Pascal Helou - CFO

Pascal Helou brings his significant management and business experience to the AAI team. With a proven track record as a business operator, Pascal is highly experienced in the areas of general management, strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations and organizational design. Pascal completed his MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. He also has a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo, specializing in Macroeconomic Theory, Applied Mathematics and Econometrics, and has an Honours Economics degree from the University of Toronto.

Paul Tirkalas

Paul is a proactive leader with over 30 years of combined project management, operations, transportation, and workforce optimization experience. He currently manages the AAI Operations at the Calgary Airport Authority (YYC) and Springbank Airport (YBW) in Alberta. Through effective communication, management, and negotiation, Paul has successfully developed and implemented cross-functional "resource planning" allocations within multi-million-dollar projects, including; VANOC 2010 Olympics; GTA Transit Properties and numerous projects within the oil sands of Northern Alberta.
