Arnaud is responsible for driving ABL's business development and commercial strategy. He brings 30 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with a specific focus on CDMO business development and partnership management. Before joining ABL, Arnaud held different positions within Sanofi, including Head of CDMO at the Business Unit dedicated to third party business. He has contributed to the development and implementation of breakthrough industrial platforms in Biologics and entered in creative and innovative partnerships. Arnaud holds a PhD in Bioorganic Chemistry from Université Pierre et Marie Curie.

Aymeric brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of Finance. Before joining ABL, Aymeric held several strategic positions within the Mérieux Group, including Vice President Audit & Compliance at Institut Mérieux and bioMérieux, Controlling Group Director at Mérieux NutriSciences and CFO MEA & Pacific Region at bioMérieux. Aymeric holds an MBA on Controlling and Accounting from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (I.A.E.) in Dijon, and from the EMLyon Business School.

Béatrice brings over 20 years of experience in French and international legal support within the pharmaceutical industry. Béatrice has managed large-scale projects as well as the setting up of partnerships, complex alliances, mergers and asset sales. She has also implemented GDPR and an anti-corruption policy. Prior to ABL, Béatrice held legal positions at various companies, including Genzyme and Sanofi.

Estelle brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Prior to joining ABL, Estelle held HR Head positions in several international companies (FMCGs, Pharma Industry, Service, Retail) at national, regional and global levels. She has expertise in both strategic and operational Business Partnering, International Human Resources Management in Multi-site/Multi-country environments and is specialized in Organization Review, Performance Management, Training and Development and Executive Committee Support. Estelle holds a double Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Strasbourg and the Strasbourg School of Management, as well as a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. More recently, in 2020, she has obtained her Coach certification for organization.

Nicolas Salavin is the Chief Technology Officer, with the responsibility to implement a technological roadmap and lead new and long-term growth opportunities for ABL. Over the past 20 years, Nicolas has held positions within Sanofi and Total, in process development, GMP pilot operations, commercial manufacturing assistance, technology transfer, engineering, strategic portfolio management and corporate transformation programs. Nicolas has acquired significant CMC experience from preclinical to commercial, on several modalities including Recombinant Proteins, Monoclonal Antibodies, Viral Vaccines, and mRNA. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Biology and Process Engineering from AgroParisTech.
