ACS Kitchen is owned and managed by Anthony Soto. Anthony is no stranger to the industry with over 15 years of proven experience in the food and beverage sector. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School, Anthony's career includes working for three-star Michelin establishments. He presently serves as the Chef De Cuisine at the Glass and Vine, a position he has occupied since 2021. Anthony has also worked as a General Manager at Select Service Partners (2018-2021), the General Manager of Crusto Bakery (2016-2018) and the Chef De Cuisine at Serunion (2014-2015). His expertise includes crafting high-quality meals, supervising high-volume food preparation in fast-paced environments, overseeing staff, negotiating with vendors, and making sure best operational practices are followed. Having worked on both the front of the house and the back of the house gives Anthony the necessary insight and capabilities needed to drive the Company to long-term success.
