Amelia Patterson

Amelia Patterson joined the ABS staff in June 2020, as a part-time employee. She plans to complete her RBT certification in March 2021. She is a full time PreK teacher at Santa Fe South Early Childhood Center. Amelia received her Masters in Education in 2016, from the University of Central Oklahoma. She graduated from St. Gregory's University in 2008, with a Bachelor of Arts. Amelia has a passion for children and loves to see them grow and succeed. In her free time, she simply enjoys time with family and friends.

Erica Brown

Erica Brown is one of the Clinical Supervisors at Advanced Behavioral Solutions. Dedicated to improving the lives of everyone she works with, Erica joined the team in 2018. Her passion to help others became the most successful after owning a martial arts school for 20 years and instructing children and adults to now working one on one with children and teens to make their lives more fulfilled. Under the leadership of Mia Dianda, Erica has gained the knowledge to work as an RBT in the office and in homes of children and teens, offering them the ability to become more independent and confident in their daily lives as they grow. She, her husband, Chad, and her son, Elias live in Edmond, OK with their 2 dogs, Auggie and Lady. They enjoy staying active in Crossfit and running, as well as watching and re-watching Marvel and Star Wars movies together during their down time.

Mia Dianda

Mia Dianda, director and owner of Advanced Behavioral Solutions, LLC, is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Oklahoma. Mia has been working in the field of special education, ABA, and autism since 2000. She also was a special educator for 8 years in the state of California. She has a wide range of experience working with children along the autism spectrum and has worked with individuals ranging in age from 2 to 16 privately and both in clinical and educational settings. Her expertise includes functional behavior assessments, program development, data collection and analysis, parent and professional training, discrete trial instruction, applying verbal behavior methodologies into programming, conducting social groups, classroom management, and functional communication training. She is an active member of the Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Texas Association of Behavior Analysis (TxABA), Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), as well as the Verbal Behavior Special Interest Group (VB SIG).
