Navin Kumar heads the corporate and commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency practice of the firm.
Navin having more than 7 years of experience and has represented large corporate groups in corporate and commercial litigation/disputes and insolvency matters before various courts and tribunals. He has been representing various clients before Civil Courts, Authorities, High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He also advises and gives strategic and legal opinions on all the above issues to the clients.
Navin also specializes in benami and money laundering laws and regularly advises clients in matters before the Directorate of Enforcement, PMLA Tribunal, Special Courts, Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Central Bureau of Investigation.

Varun Jain is the Partner of AKJ Law Associates and head of the firm's Corporate Practice. Varun has more than 12 years of experience in corporate matters, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, labour & employment and international trade laws.
Varun also has significant litigation experience and has obtained precedent setting orders from the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and State High Courts in several landmark cases of intellectual property infringement, contracts, joint venture disputes and other commercial litigation.
Varun has investigated company frauds ranging from $50-$100 million and drafted fact finding reports for Senior Management to take appropriate actions against the identified personnel/ companies.
