Abdullah Celalettin AYGÜN is the founding partner of A.K.A Law Firm. As a founding partner, he brought the law firm, which was founded in 1989, with long years of litigation experience and knowledge, to a different point in the international community in Istanbul, and transformed it into the current state of A.K.A Law Firm. He provides consultancy to the domestic and foreign clients, provides legal support in merger, spin-off and restructuring projects, and helps them negotiate and implement. He is a respected lawyer representing domestic and foreign clients in commercial disputes, and he mainly undertakes legal disputes in the fields of commercial law, law of obligations, civil law, labor law, enforcement and bankruptcy law in the field of private law.

Enes AKDEMİR is the founding partner of A.K.A Law Firm. In his legal career, he supports his clients in the establishment and restructuring of domestic and foreign enterprises and partnerships.
He provides consultancy to the domestic and foreign clients, provides legal support in merger, spin-off and restructuring projects, and helps them negotiate and implement. He mainly represents foreign clients entering or exiting the Turkish market and their domestic partnerships. Aygün provides legal services to clients in the fields of banking, international commercial and financial transactions, and capital markets within the scope of legal consultancy services.
