When traveling, he loves discovering and tasting local and traditional dishes and enjoys driving to the new destination whenever he can. Adrián is a great fan of motorsports and Outdoors activities such as running and biking.
Adrian was born in the city of Buenos Aires and is passionate about traveling and discovering new cultures. Surrounded by his loving family and close friends, he could not imagine his life without them by his side. Very fond of playing sports, listening to music and supporting the River Plate football team. With more than 20 years in the tourism industry, he joined ALCHEMY to continue both learning and incorporating new experiences, contributing to the company with his "know-how".

Agustina is passionate about tourism, travelling and connecting with new people. From an early age, she knew that tourism would be a main part of her life, which led her to study a career in tourism. With more than 15 years in the industry, she worked in two of the major means of transportation in the country: the maritime area and then in one of the most important airlines in the country. This last experience gave her the opportunity to extensively explore Argentina as well as various countries in America and Europe, discovering the beautiful Esquel as her place in the world and current hometown with her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, exploring the varied gastronomy that Buenos Aires offers. After several years working in the fascinating world of tourism, she decided to embark on a new professional adventure: event planning. This change represents the opportunity to apply her experience in the creation of memorable moments, explore the endless possibilities of this new field and delivering unique and unforgettable events, but in completely different context.
Alan was born and raised in Buenos Aires. He is characterized by being a person of principles and values, always smiling and bringing smiles to the others. He loves music, movies and reading. His hobbies include, music, movies, reading and dancing and he also enjoys visiting new places with his family in his spare time. He is currently part of ALCHEMY DMC's Administration team.
Alejandra decided at the age of 15 she wanted to be a professional in Tourism, and she's dedicated 8 years to her academic growth. She started working professionally in the Industry in 2006 and has a 10 year experience in MICE. She loves the challenge of big groups and events logistics and enjoys seeing the faces of our guests when we blow their minds. Alejandra loves reading, cooking and singing, and she spends her free time between her family & friends, an amateur choir, and her outings in the city.
Alexander Zahn is a seasoned professional in the receptive tourism sector, boasting over 15 years of distinguished experience in the industry. Specializing in tailor-made groups, series, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), Alexander has demonstrated profound expertise in operations, logistics, and creating personalized itineraries and budgets. Throughout his career, Alexander has built a strong reputation for his ability to design unique experiences tailored to each client's specific needs. His skill in managing complex operations and budgets has enabled him to optimize processes and ensure success in every project he undertakes. With a deep understanding of the dynamics of receptive tourism, Alexander is recognized for his meticulous approach to planning and execution, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and professionalism. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in developing innovative itineraries and efficiently implementing strategies for groups and events.
Born and raised in Ecuador, Alvaro came to Argentina in 2006 to study Hotel Management. After many years of living in Buenos Aires, he decided to make it his permanent residence. His personal motto of "Travel the world, Love the memories" made him travel around Argentina; to work and live in a ski resort in the USA, and even took him to Osaka, Japan for a 1 year university exchange program. He considers himself a cat lover, a foodie, a bookworm and an avid lapel pin collector.
Ana was born in Paraguay, and raised in Buenos Aires. In love with the city of Buenos Aires and the fast life that is characteristic of city life. Her background professional life is in the gastronomic sector and luxury hotels. She likes to know the services and seeks to improve each customer experience. She has a degree in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality and future Sustainable Tourism License.
Anabel is a graduated Graphic Designer and professional Photographer. She has a curious mind and strives to learn and explore new things that feed her creativity. She has a very determined sence of responsibility. When she travels, she likes to go to those not known places and enjoy the tranquility of a landscape for herself.

From the very beginning Anibal knew that he loved helping people in so many different ways. He started helping his suburb square to becoming a playable place for those avid for sports. He is a former basketball and volleyball player, and he loves to play "fútbol" every weekend. Anibal started working in hotels in Montevideo, where he was born, and became Sous Chef at both hotels and English-Spanish translator from Oxford University before he went to explore Brazil & Argentina for a while. Nowadays, happy to be part of MICE Dept. on ALCHEMY DMC, he brings together his passion for work while cooking for slums children's on a help center some weekends.
Anibal was born in Uruguay and grew up in Montevideo. He has been working in tourism and travelling since his earliest 20th. He moved to Florianópolis in Brazil for his internship in hotel administration and stayed for a year. Then decided to expand his knowledge in tourism and returned to Uruguay for a pair of years studying gastronomic business administration. That was when he began to make contact with events in a hotel in Montevideo. Very quickly, in 1998, he arrived in Chile and began working in the aeronautical industry for Swissair as a promoter in all the regions of Chile, which led him to discover the country from north to south. A while ago, he has become the head of MICE for ALCHEMY DMC Chile by CTS. He love to play fútbol, basket and without no doubts, share BBQ with friends and any guest arriving to Chile. There's always a good chat to come around a glass of chilean wine and a fire.

Maria Belen has a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management and has been lucky enough to work in major hospitality companies in Argentina which formed her throughout her career. Born and raised in Minnesota, Bev has always taken every opportunity to travel and learn about other cultures.
Initially a communications specialist and TV journalist, Brenda travelled extensively around Peru for more than two years, showcasing many of the country's most remote and beautiful locations. Based on that experience, she decided to specialize entirely on Inbound tourism, an activity she has dedicated exclusively to for more than 14 years. As Operations Manager at ALCHEMY DMC Peru, her current work involves setting up custom tour packages that allow visitors, on holidays or business, to take full advantage of their trip.

Cheerful, caring and passionate about discovering the hidden beauty of every place by immersing herself in local roots; Carolina loves to go the extra mile following her curious heart and her wild imagination allowing her to create memorable experiences that can hardly be found elsewhere. She grew up in Chuquicamata, a corner in the Atacama Desert, which ignited her desire to discover lush and dry places alike by recognizing in each of them their unique beauty. Erica has a degree in Tourism and Hospitality, as well as having experience in Human Resources. She has been in the industry for 15 years and loves to travel around her country.Practices yoga and is interested in topics related to emotional intelligence.
Federico is the newest addition to the ALCHEMY DMC roster, combining his passion for high-end experiences with his Marketing studies. He is one more of the bunch who loves learn something step by step every day. In his spare time, he enjoys running and a good book, but his real passion is travelling as much as he can.
Federico was born and raised in Buenos Aires. He is an adventurous person, he is a sports enthusiast and loves outdoor activities. One of his biggest hobbies is to practice team sports, specially football/soccer, but his real passion is travel. When he travels he loves to immerse in the local culture and food of each place he visits. He´s currently working in the administration department of ALCHEMY DMC.
Victoria was born and raised in Buenos Aires. She has been studying Tourism the last few years, so it is her passion. She really enjoys travelling and getting to know new places. She is very outgoing and friendly but also responsible. In her free time she practices Kung Fu and Jiu-Jitsu, and she also goes to percussion classes. She always wants to learn new things.
Fernando was born and raised in Buenos Aires. While studying his Tourism degree he spent a couple of winter seasons working in a ski resort in the US where he improved his English skills and learned snowboarding. Fernando loves travelling, music and sports, especially football. Meeting new people is also one of his preferred activities.
Florencia has 19 years of professional experience within Tourism, MICE and Hospitality Industry. She spent many years traveling and living abroad and chose Bariloche (North Patagonia) as her first home until returning to Buenos Aires in 2022. She loves the combination of Mountain & Lake. Back in Buenos Aires, Florencia changed winter and adventure sports for running. She enjoys escaping from the city every once in a while, meeting new people and spending time with her family and friends.

Geraldine, but her nickname is Geri. She was born in Santiago de Chile, but she lived her entire school stage in the south of Chile. She studied Tourism Administration and has more than 8 years of experience in Tourism. She is a very cheerful, jolly, positive person, and for her, life happens now. Her innate curiosity has allowed her to get to know different places in Chile, and she never gets tired of looking for new experiences.
While having had little experience in the hotel business, Gianluca is taking his first steps in the industry. He belongs to the Reception area and the Operations department, available to help in any way possible. He really enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with his friends. His goal is to thoroughly explore every corner of his country.
Gonzalo believes that traveling is an experience that enriches individuals, fosters wisdom and open-mindedness. He embraces the idea that every destination presents a unique opportunity to create meaningful stories. Gonzalo's top preferences include Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and Spain. However, his heart holds a special place for La Patagonia and the Argentine coast, particularly Miramar. Gonzalo has been a globetrotter all his life- originally from Montevideo, he grew up in Buenos Aires, lives in Oslo since 1995 and works fulltime as Sales Manager for Aeroflot Russian Airlines in Norway. Since 2010 Gonzalo has been our man in Scandinavia, he has an extensive network of contacts in the travel industry and promotes the company throughout the country and region. On his free time he loves to read about geography, travels, journeys and history; although his biggest interests are basketball, diving and listening to The Ramones (apparently he has seen them live 17 times!)
Part of the Operations Department at ALCHEMY DMC, Guadalupe was born and raised in Buenos Aires, but the thing she loves the most is discovering new destinations and getting to know different cultures. She has a degree in Tourism & Hospitality and has been working in the field for the last 8 years. She considers herself to be an enthusiastic person and is always eager to learn new skills. She is also an avid reader and yoga instructor.
Hugo loves travelling, specially the mountain regions and driving along Argentine routes; camping, fishing and spending time Outdoors. His other passion is technology and its advances, and at ALCHEMY DMC Hugo is in charge of the Systems division, creating new platforms that complement the multiple services the company offers.

Joaquin is a fervent enthusiast of travel and events, which motivated him to pursue a career in Tourism and Hospitality. Within the professional realm, he has gained valuable experience in various sectors of hotels and logistic service agencies. With his exceptional leadership skills, he has successfully overseen large teams for numerous national and international events. Additionally, Joaquin has had the opportunity to work in several cities across Latin America and the USA. Driven by his passion for experiencing diverse cultures, Joaquin has dedicated himself to learning multiple languages. Besides being proficient in English, he has also acquired a basic understanding of Portuguese, German, and French. By expanding his linguistic abilities, he continually seeks opportunities for growth and knowledge. Joaquin possesses a remarkable combination of empathy, positivity, and meticulousness. While he maintains a keen eye for detail, he always approaches situations with a positive outlook, calmly transmitting tranquillity. Even when confronted with challenges, he remains dedicated to finding pragmatic solutions.
Jorge has been working in the travel industry for the last 15 years, he started working at a 5 diamond hotel in Cancun, and then he discovered the incentives world. He loves to travel, and the part that he enjoys the most is the planning process, this is why he finds his job so pleasant. Jorge was born in Mexico City and lived in Cancun for several years, he decided to move to Buenos Aires in 2016, and he really loves the "porteño" life!
Josefina was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She recently started travelling around the country and discovered some of the beautiful landscapes that it has to offer. Now, she began her experience in tourism with ALCHEMY DMC, as a part of our team in the Reception area. She loves travelling, making pottery, and is also studying psychology.
Only 40 kilometers east from Punta Del Este and located between two lagoons, you will find the village of José Ignacio. It is the last town on Maldonado's Atlantic coastline and the last to be discovered and treasured by a select and wealthy group of Argentineans who set up their summer residences there. It is a rocky headland that juts almost a kilometer into the sea forming natural bays on both sides with white sandy beaches and two landmarks: the 32 meter high lighthouse built in 1877 and a sunken boat. José Ignacio owes its name to one of the first settlers in the area during Spanish colonial times and is considered to be one of the best fishing spots either from the shore or from a boat. The area was famous in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries due to the maritime tragedies that took place on the rocky crags. It has two beaches and still maintains the cozy atmosphere of a former fishing village with cobblestone streets, low houses, and no towers rising to compete with the lighthouse. On the two lagoons of Garzón and José Ignacio that surround the peninsula, you are allowed to wind surf, row and sail but no motorized water sports are permitted in order to protect the wildlife that inhabits the zone. The elegant, black-necked swans and different species of herons with their varied, colorful feathers are the queens of these waters.
Juan is a sports journalist, loves music, movies, technology, and soccer. He is also a big fan of mate and a very passionate amateur chef. Whenever he has the chance, he loves traveling, especially to beach destinations. From all the places he visited in his country, his favorite one is the city of Mar del Plata because it has the perfect combination of a beautiful city and gorgeous beaches.

This love for his homeland inspired him to study tourism, and he has dedicated his career to the travel industry. Juan Pablo believes that traveling is one of the best investments you can make. With a degree in Tourism, Julian has been working in the industry for the past 10 years. Bon vivant, lover of fine cuisine and avant garde cocktails, he enjoys travelling to international destinations, getting to know new places and cultures. Lisa is a Minneapolis-based meeting and travel professional with extensive experience in hospitality, marketing and incentives. She then ran her own Catering Service Company for 5 years. Eleven years ago she joined the staff of ALCHEMY DMC . She became so involved showing people the country she is so proud of that she began a new career as a Tour Guide which she continues to do at the present time.
Matías was born in a small town south of Santiago. With a degree in Tourism and Hospitality, he began his professional journey in the hospitality industry, where he developed a solid foundation in guest experiences and operations. Later, his passion for storytelling and connections led him to work as a tour guide in Santiago and Valparaiso, sharing the rich history and vibrant culture of his country with visitors. Scout since he was 5 years old, Matias values teamwork, adventure and nature, going hiking whenever he can. He is deeply passionate about history, fine wine and sports. When he's not at work, you'll find him on the pitch playing football, camping in the mountains or sharing a glass of wine with his family and friends. Milena is a business administration student with experience as a receptionist and secretary. Nicolás is a young hotel management and tourism student, born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Proactive, enthusiast, curious and joyful, he enjoys spending his spare time outdoors hiking Argentinean mountains and finding new paths to some of the most astonishing landscapes hidden in the Patagonia region. Driven by passion and amazed by the beauty of his country this twenty-two-year-old fitness fan delights his friends and family while cooking great asados. Norberto loves to travel and explore all kind of cultures, his favorite food is Mexican and enjoys listening to music all day long. He was born in Buenos Aires and moved to Cancun, Mexico when he was 19, where he lived for 10 years, working in the Travel and Hotel industry. Rocío is a recent college graduate in Tourism and Accommodation and a soon to be flight attendant. Rosario was born in the province of Misiones and grew up in Buenos Aires. Sergio is a passionate world traveler, fly-fishing lover, soccer devotee, foodie and natural born explorer. He is a connoisseur of all things remote, seeking out the most special experiences like challenging himself for discovering new remote areas in Argentina, fishing in the deepest Bolivian Jungle and spending time in North Korea. He may even be one of the only Argentineans who has stepped foot in this closed country! Sergio majored in Hotel Management and Economics at Buenos Aires University and embarked on his career in the hospitality industry at top hotels such as the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. Sergio spent many years travelling, learning and working in the travel industry before settling back in Argentina, living in Norway, Ireland and Spain during this time. Back in his home town of Buenos Aires, Sergio founded INFOBA DMC Argentina with his best friend Tomas almost 18 years ago and since then their company has gone from strength to strength, growing into a renowned DMC company, developing unique travel and event concepts. Some years ago, they created the ALCHEMY High-End Travel Experiences brand, which was designed to partner with travel professionals from the luxury arena, providing truly individual experiences. From here, they have grown their diverse range of products and events and are excited to be launching the entire company as ALCHEMY DMC and building the ALCHEMY Group of Companies from this. Veronica enjoys designing and operating challenging and out of the box luxury programs- focusing mainly on incentive trips and meetings.
