Allison has spent more than a decade in Columbus, Ohio, embedding herself in the food, drink and entrepreneurial culture of the city. She founded her own PR consultancy in September 2017, laying the foundation for what would eventually become Willow PR. In addition to consulting with brands and restaurants independently, Allison's previous experience includes small to medium agencies, Fortune 500 specialty retailers Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, and a leadership role at a start-up craft distillery.
