Mr. Malcolm is a Principal with Alpha Petroleum Services having over thirty-five years of experience with thirty years in the offshore oil and gas industry. His experience includes management, construction, technical operations, quality management, human resources, legal, marketing and financial supervision. He has managed projects including floating production vessel design, jack-up design, semi-submersible design, and numerous shipyard construction, repair and upgrade projects.

Bud McGuire brings over forty years of oil and gas industry experience to APS and is considered an industry expert in production engineering, well design, drilling and completion operations.
In 1991, Bud joined Kerr McGee as VP Production Operations, Gulf of Mexico Region, KM's largest E&P operation. Again, Bud made significant improvements to profitability, reducing operating cost, eliminating unnecessary levels of supervision, and managing several small field developments.
Loyd Hayton brings over twenty-five years of oil and gas industry experience to APS and his expertise covers strategic development, contracts, economic evaluation, cost control and logistics management.
Loyd is an Associate with Alpha Petroleum Services having over twenty-five years' experience in the energy and chemical industries. For the majority of his career Loyd has worked with client teams as a management consultant to identify and implement profitable business solutions in the areas of strategic development, business creation and process management. Loyd's wide ranging responsibilities within APS include contract negotiation, contract administration, cost control, economic evaluation and logistics management.

Paul Yan Shaw brings over twenty-five years of oil and gas industry experience to APS and his expertise covers engineering, umbilicals, controls, hardware, installation and commissioning with over 150 offshore trips.
Paul is an Associate with Alpha Deepwater Services having over twenty-five years' experience in the oil and gas industry. Paul currently fulfils the role of Subsea Projects Manager for all APS developments, responsible for project management and technical oversight of all subsea facilities covering trees, umbilicals, subsea control systems, gas lift systems and installation, from concept through to de-commissioning. Paul's offshore installation experience covers more than 150 separate trips and remains the only individual to have worked directly for three of the world's five main umbilical companies.
Randy Stewart brings over forty years of oil and gas industry experience to APS and his expertise covers field development, project management, operations management, planning and asset evaluation.
