Alejandro Sanchez

Angel Rioja

As Alojica's Director of Construction, Angel works hand in hand with the design and development teams and is responsible for the timely execution of the Company's new-build and renovation projects. Former Director of Construction at Origina and Opera Desarrolladora. Previously with Grupo Frel and Grupo Posadas. Holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Antonio Lopez

15+ years of accounting, audit, and regulatory compliance experience where he has participated in the administration of $700M+ of AUM. Oversees the accounting, tax, treasury, finance, accounts payable, reporting and compliance efforts for Alojica. Former Controller at Vertex Real Estate, a private equity investor focused on lodging, retail and residential assets. Previously with Prudential Real Estate Investors and Grupo Mabe. Bob Batting

Daniel Grew - VP

Edith Nava Herrera

Previously with JLL Hotels and Hospitality group, overseeing 10+ upper-upscale and luxury assets in the US, Mexico and Latin America. Responsible for a variety of advisory assignments including feasibility and market research, brand and operator selections, pre-development and pre-opening advisory, valuations and dispositions. Formerly in diverse operational and administrative roles at Princess Cruise Lines, Citigroup and Walt Disney World. A native of Mexico City, Mexico, Edith received her B.A. degree from Anahuac University and a diploma in Business Administration specializing in Audit and Tourism from the University of Valencia, Spain.

Eduardo Ahumada - VP

Co-founder of Black Creek Group, MIRA Group, Corporate Properties of the Americas, as well as Mexico Retail Properties, among others, responsible for over $21.0 billion of transactions over his career. Javier Barrios

30+ years of Real Estate and Private Equity experience with over 18,000+ residential units and 1.2+ million sqm of office and retail developments in Mexico. Chairman of MIRA Group.
