Bruno has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.
He is a founding and managing partner of Belvedere Capital. He has held various senior executive and board positions: co-CEO France & Belgium of Patrizia; CIO (Head of Transactions and of Asset Management), Chairman of the Investment Committee and Chairman of the Management company (SGP) of CBRE Global Investors France (former ING REIM France); Executive Director of European investments at Curzon Global Partners / AEW Europe; CEO Europe at Broadway Partners private equity firm; CEO France of Tishman Speyer.
In the logistics sector, Bruno has led the acquisition and/or supervised the asset management of assets and portfolios in France and Europe (existing & development) representing over 1,800,000 sqm.
Bruno holds a MSc. degree in civil engineering degree from ESTP and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a Fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Guillaume is the team's analyst on asset management subjects. Previously, he completed several internships in real estate, notably in the investment teams of PointCo Capital and La Française REM, as well as in asset management at Primonial REIM.

Myriam has 15 years of experience
Myriam is the Head of Transactions and Asset Management of ALAM. Myriam graduated from Paris Dauphine and Panthéon-Sorbonne. After 8 years working in real estate asset management at DTZ Asset Management & LaSalle Investment Management, she was a Director of direct and indirect investments for 7 years at LaSalle Investment Management, Assurances du Crédit Mutuel and finally SFL - Société Foncière Lyonnaise - where she was Head of Investment & Arbitration.
Nicolas has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career at SNCF IMMOBILIER as a safety auditor for logistics and commercial assets, before becoming department manager for multi-technical maintenance. From 2019 onwards, Nicolas was an Asset Manager in charge of commercial property in the Occitanie region.
Nicolas joined the Alpha Logistics team as an Asset Manager based in Montpellier. He holds a law degree in Safety, Environment and Quality.

In the logistics sector, he has supervised the fund management of 2 logistics portfolios of 900m.
Silvio holds a MSc. degree in civil engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, an MBA from HEC Paris and also graduated from the Sloan Fellows MBA Program at the MIT in Boston. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Thomas joined Belvedere Capital in June 2022 as an Acquisition and Asset Management Analyst. Prior to that, he worked for 3 years in the financial services industry for a Paris-based company serving several European countries, where he oversaw software implementation for financial institutions.
Thomas has dual nationality (FR + UK). He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (BBA) with specialisations in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from ESCP Europe.
Tiphaine has 15 years experience and has worked in Asset Management since 2009.
Tiphaine started her carreer in the financial industry in Dublin, where she lived for 2 years. She then came to the real estate industry first as a Finance Controller for Goodman Property Investors then at Aberdeen Real Estate France. That's where she became Asset Manager and has been ever since, including in ALAM since 2015.
Tiphaine holds a Msc in Commercial Export.
