We are employed directly through the project owner and/or owner's representative, but follow the jurisdiction of the local government and building official. We are licensed through the ICC (International Code Council) for specific methods of construction, which by the applicable building code require Special Inspection... At ANA Inspect we strive to bring our experience to each and every project we are contracted to. Our goal is to effectively inspect all of the required contract items in order to provide the owner with an exceptional special inspection experience, which leads to the successful completion of his project...
