Service providers validates and acknowledges and provides services against the request. The platform allows questions of text, drop down, audio, video, barcode, analog scan, digital scan , attaching PDF and more features are regularly added. A central Admin panel exists for users to monitor the different status of the requests raised in the system. Reporting is available and data extraction can also be made. A config admin is available to customize the solution for customer need..
