We are the third generation of producer families that since 1949 are dedicated to agricultural production in our central jungle of PERU, following that legacy APASEM Foods was born in 2018 to produce and offer the best quality ginger and turmeric through of the integration of production, processing and commercialization for the national and international market from Chanchamayo, Satipo, Peru... The Association of Producers APASEM Foods was born from the integration of leading producers of ginger, turmeric, coffee and cocoa in the province of Chanchamayo and Satipo in the central jungle of Peru, in search of diversification and productive sustainability, currently it is made up of 104 producers of Ginger (172 Ha) and 10 turmeric producers (15 ha), made up of native communities and settlers working with standards of good agricultural and manufacturing practices in all our processes in balance with our environment, through crop rotation, reforestation and with a focus on the social..
