Dan comes to Apex Home Mortgage as a Loan Officer and Realtor. He is a member of the Southeast Valley of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, is a certified home buying and selling advisor, and is a founding member of Arete Syndicate. He is also a partner in a financial services company in which he works to protect families through life insurance products as well as estate planning. Dan's background lies in construction equipment sales, the hospitality industry, and the food service industry, and he brings his skill in providing top-tier customer service to everything he does. 26 years ago, Dan made the move from Billings, Montana to Arizona, and often travels between the two states to visit family and friends. When he's not working, you can find Dan playing pick-up basketball, working out, reading, spending time with loved ones, out for a cruise in his Hot Rod, or cooking. After years in the restaurant world, he still holds the title of self-proclaimed Sandwich King! In 1999, after growing up in Omaha, NE and graduating from the University of NE with a BSBA, Dianne Hansen moved to Arizona. From there, she used her degree to achieve various leadership, project management, and technical positions at Honeywell over the course of 20 years.
In July 2020, Dianne left Honeywell to pursue a career in the mortgage industry as a processor for Apex Home Mortgage. As Apex's first processor, Dianne was an integral building block in Apex's success. Although she had no experience in the mortgage industry when she began, with an analytical mind and a passion to have a positive impact on the lives of her clients, she was soon helping every Apex client achieve their homeownership goals with ease.
Dianne knows that going through the process of a home loan can be daunting - after all, it's not something people go through every day. That's why her goal is to make every transaction as simple and pain-free as possible for her clients.
When she's not helping her clients, Dianne enjoys spending time with her husband and two very busy kids!

Edward Solares is a Regional Vice President and Senior Mortgage Broker at Apex Home Mortgage and has worked in the mortgage financing and real estate industries since 1996. With experience as a mortgage broker, mortgage banker, real estate investor, and escrow officer, Edward possesses a unique understanding of the home purchase and refinance process. Because of his extensive background, his strength lies in providing communication and clarity throughout the loan process for both his clients and his Realtor partners.

A native Phoenician, Greg's been in the mortgage profession since 2002. We're happy to report he loves the career he chose.

Karley Constantineau, as a loan processor, is integral in guiding clients seamlessly through the homebuying or refinancing process. Although she is relatively new to the mortgage world, Karley brings her expertise from a career in the hospitality industry into her loan processing and is able to bring each of her clients a smooth, personalized loan experience. Knowing the importance of communication and dedication, she gives each of her clients the respect and attention that she herself would expect if she were buying or refinancing a home. While it can be a scary and stressful process, Karley prides herself on being there by her client's side, rooting for them every step of the way.
Born in Corunna, Michigan, a small farm town, Karley grew up a middle child with two sisters. One of her biggest inspirations and mentors is her father. Growing up close to him, she learned from him how to handle stressful situations and how to keep a healthy, positive outlook on work and life, and she credits these life lessons in guiding her throughout her career.
Whether it is a first-time home buyer or an experienced one, LuLu is always ready to design the perfect loan to match her client's needs no matter what hurdles may come their way. Lulu's extensive knowledge of loan programs combined with her problem-solving skills ensures that each of her clients receive the correct guidance in their pursuit of purchasing a home.
Over the years, LuLu has developed strong relationships with realtors, insurance agents, inspectors, nonprofit organizations, and title companies to help facilitate the loan process and reduce the stress of home ownership. She has found that setting correct expectations and having her clients' best interests at heart is the best way to continue to build trust in her field.
