With over 15 years of Information Technology experience ranging from software engineering to enterprise CRM deployments, Alanna's ability to bridge technical solutions with key business functions has contributed to hundreds of successful client engagements. Alanna holds a degree in Technology Management, Information Systems and Services from University of Maryland Global Campus with a BSBA, Information Systems from DeVry University. She has seven Salesforce certifications and participates in Attain Partners' coaching and mentoring program.

Alexander is responsible for the full product lifecycle of the Attain Apps product line, which features the firm's cornerstone intellectual properties distilled into easy-to-use SaaS products. With a background in economics, and experience as a designer, developer, and consultant himself, Alexander works hand-in-hand with subject matter experts and developers to create products that provide academic and research institutions with best practices and insights in an affordable and convenient package. In addition to leading the team behind the Attain Apps product line, Alexander supports Attain Partners' transition to an asset-powered consultancy through the creation of internal tools, training, and new data driven offerings. Prior to joining Attain Partners, Alexander worked at IBM striving to bring emerging technology and modern design practices to federal consulting customers. During his time in this role, Alexander developed his passion for supporting mission driven organizations.

In her multi-faceted role, Ellen leads and supports multiple elements of the company, including marketing and operations. Having joined Attain at its founding in 2009, Ellen has played an instrumental role in the company's growth, impact, and history. As Chief Marketing Officer, Ellen has led the establishment and evolution of the Attain and Attain Partners brands, our internal and external communications, as well as myriad industry and corporate marketing initiatives. Ellen has been an ambassador and model for The Attain Way, dedicated to living and leading with our core values. She oversees community partnerships and outreach efforts, going well beyond corporate responsibility to infuse a spirit of service in the company culture. Ellen is also active in several charitable organizations, including serving as a Board Member for the National Kidney Foundation, National Capital Region. In her secondary role as Chief of Staff, Ellen has provided steadfast leadership across both infrastructure and practices, navigating significant events over the years, including overseeing protocols and logistics while supporting our team through a global pandemic. She's also led countless elements in the transition from Attain, LLC to Attain Partners, seamlessly supported multiple acquisitions, grown and led several internal functions, and managed numerous facility buildouts. Earlier in her career, she led the award-winning and innovative marketing program for the State and Local Government, and Education segment at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting and KPMG). Jeffrey Coe

Throughout his career, Jeff has been leading and managing professionals with complete responsibility for cradle to grave contract, subcontract administration to achieve positive and successful outcomes in a government contracting environment. Prior to joining Attain Partners, Jeff was Vice President of Contracts, Procurement at URS Corporation / Apptis, Inc. for seven years and worked for Unisys Corporation in a variety of leadership positions for almost 20 years.

She is a results-oriented recruiting leader who enjoys building and growing teams, developing strong sourcing strategies, and designing a firm's overall talent acquisition strategy with the right people, processes, and technology. Jenny brings years of recruiting and sales experience to her role at Attain Partners. She started her career in recruitment advertising sales, supporting media organizations like the Times Community Newspapers and The Washington Post. At the Sparks Group, she served as a technical recruiter supporting clients in GovCon, commercial, financial, and nonprofit industries. She then joined Attain, where she built its recruiting function and helped foster the company's accelerated growth from 300 to 800 employees over the span of five years. She oversaw the integration of Attain Federal's talent acquisition team to Maximus, where she went on to lead recruiting for their IT consulting division before returning home to Attain Partners. Jenny holds a B.A. in Communications from Bethany College in West Virginia.

For 37 years and he has worked as a strategic business advisor to more than 60 major universities, academic medical centers, and research institutes. Prior to joining Attain, Mark was a Managing Director at BearingPoint, Inc., and a Partner at KPMG, where he was a leader in the national Higher Education and Healthcare Grants Management practices. Mark specializes in assisting top research universities and academic medical centers achieve strategic and financial goals and manage risk and regulatory compliance. He has extensive knowledge on a wide range of Federal administrative regulations and cost principles and policies including the OMB Uniform Guidance as well as expertise in federal grant management compliance and indirect cost recovery. Mark is a frequent presenter at industry forums including NCURA and SRAI. Mark is a Certified Government Financial Manager.

Maureen Goldman

Prior to Attain, Maureen was the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID) where she managed the BID's website content strategy, social media channels, PR initiatives, video strategy, paid advertising, and printed collateral. In this role, she earned the Merit Award for her Rosslyn Video Strategy Masterplan from the International Downtown Association. Maureen brings years of communications experience to her current role from her corporate, digital agency, and nonprofit work. Her previous roles include Marketing Manager for Siteworx, LLC generating and nurturing leads for the company through the execution of events, email marketing, content promotion, and video production. Prior to Siteworx, Maureen served Department of Defense clients as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton providing strategic planning, business process reengineering, internal communications, and change management support. Maureen graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Theatre and a minor in Business Institutions. An experienced executive, Ron has served in both line and staff capacities in his almost 50 years in professional services organizations - from senior partner at KPMG, serving as National Industry Leader for Higher Education; Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer for public companies; to leader of the North American business unit for state and local governments and education for Bearing Point. He possesses substantial board experience serving on over 15 boards throughout his career, including significant involvement at executive, audit, and finance committee levels. Ron is co-author of Strategic Financial Analysis for Higher Education: Identifying, Measuring & Reporting Financial Risks©," 7 th Edition, July 2010, the Update to the Strategic Financial Analysis for Higher Education, 2016, as well as other editions in this series - a highly regarded series of publications related to financial measurement of institutional progress on strategic initiatives, as well as overall institutional financial health. Leveraging his expertise, Ron created Attain Strategic Finance Performance (SFP), which provides 30 years of experience rolled into a simple solution to calculate CFI and deliver recommendations. Using audited financial statements, he designed Attain SFP to automatically calculate CFI and engineer a tailored set of strategic recommendations based on an organization's specific situation. He has authored other publications, such as Bridging the Stewardship Gap: Toward Effective Finance Committees, as well. Ron is a frequent speaker on emerging issues affecting Higher Education, most often related to financial measurement issues in forums such as the annual meeting of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO). He possesses deep domain knowledge and capabilities that range from strategic planning to IT services and solutions. A proven leader with demonstrated success, Phil has grown businesses rooted in our core values and which deliver on our mission to provide market-leading results. A former Partner and Board Member of Attain, Phil transitioned to Maximus as a Senior Vice President running the Energy and Environmental practice. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior consultant at BearingPoint and led operations for a large business unit at SRA International. With a passion for innovation and community service, Phil is active in his local entrepreneurship community having built multiple go-to-market strategies for early-stage software startups in the Raleigh/Durham area.
