Anna is an ecologist, with expertise in the use of genetic methods to address applied questions. More broadly, she is motivated by a desire to improve the way society manages ecosystems, wildlife, and our interactions with them. Anna has a PhD in Applied Science and over 10 years postdoctoral experience working within the university, government, and natural resource management sectors. She has extensive experience managing collaborative projects and stakeholder relationships, and is an accomplished science communicator. Anna has fieldwork experience in the UK, southern Africa, and across Australia.

Cat Campbell is a wildlife specialist with a PhD in wildlife genetics from the Institute for Applied Ecology, University of Canberra. Her PhD project focused on the application of cutting-edge genetic techniques to answer important ecological questions for the management of marsupials in Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand. Cat lives in the NSW Snowy Mountains and has extensive knowledge of local wildlife, habitats and vegetation. She is passionate about the area, spending many hours traversing the alpine wilderness, and is integrated in the community, volunteering with the Rural Fire Service, the local SES group and with NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. Previously, Cat worked in hospitality recruitment, maintaining a large portfolio of high end clients in the Melbourne area and coordinating large events, but returned to university to study her passion of environmental management and wildlife. She completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science, with Honours, in 2011 and has since worked a number of environmental monitoring projects in Victoria and NSW.

Simon has over 30 years experience throughout the renewable energy sector, covering aid and development, government, commercial, project management, and research roles. Simon is well known in the renewable energy sector for his role establishing, growing and managing IT Power / ITP Renewables, as the manager of the Federal Government's $205M Renewable Remote Power Generation Program, and through his work in rural electrification in developing countries across Africa and the Pacific. Simon has been and continues to be involved in the management and deployment of iconic projects, including the Cape Barren Island and Coral Bay wind / diesel hybrid systems, the Tokelau Renewable Energy Program (the world's first solar powered nation), the solar installation on Australian Parliament House, the first solar powered water pumping systems used in the Kalahari desert, and the National Arboretum off-grid solar / battery project. Simon is currently the project manager for the Majura Community Owned Solar farm, advisor to the Canberra Deep Space Communications Complex solar project, advisor to the Manilla eTrike program, and involved in the Australian Marine Energy Taskforce. In addition to hands on experience in a diverse range of projects, Simon has a track record of success as a Director on Government, NFP and commercial boards. He is a member of Regional Development Australia ACT, MD of atratus, past MD of IT Power, and past Director of Australian Solar Society (now Solar Council), APVA, Frontier Solar and others. Simon was a founding member of the ARENA Advisory Panel and has worked closely with government clients on developing incentive programs to support government aims in the clean energy space. atratus is Simon's second company specialising in renewable energy, established to provide completely independent advice and expertise in finding renewable energy solutions.
