Carlo has 30 years of professional experience in the mining industry: in the engineering and consulting field, and also mine project management as well as construction of mines, especially for underground projects.
Carlo has also worked in Research, Innovation and Technological Development as a researcher, head of the department and director of the programs, mainly in Deep Mining, Continuous Mining, In-situ Mining and Rock Mass preconditioning. Together with the CMM University of Chile and the Department of Physics in University of Santiago de Chile.
Carlo has also taken part in international studies such as International Caving Study (ICS I and II), Mass Mining Technology (MMT), and Hybrid Stress Blasting Model (HSBM).
Peter has over 30 years experience of research, operations and consulting expertise in open pit and underground mining.
His experience includes rock slope engineering, underground mine design, including pillars and stopes, sequencing, numerical modelling, dilution management, and reinforcement and support design. He has undertaken studies and worked on projects in Australia, South America and the Middle East, ranging from conceptual studies through detailed mining planning and design, as well as reviews, due diligence and audits. Peter has acted as QP in NI 43-101 and CP in JORC compliant reports and studies.
Peter's main areas of expertise cover strategic planning, rock mechanics and operational risk management.
