As a native Washingtonian now residing in Virginia Beach, I have always had a passion for helping and working with others to bring their vision to life. As a former event & conference planner with attendees up to 30K, I have always had a niche for executing ideas and making it a reality.
After deciding to change career paths and adjusting to being a new mom (which I love), I jumped right into Real Estate headfirst. I have found that Real Estate has fulfilled my passion for guiding and helping others. It has also provided me with the opportunity to meet so many great people and make their dreams come true.
I love working with people! Showing my clients that I am honest and trustworthy by putting their best interest first means a lot to me. I want to make sure my clients are comfortable while making one of the biggest decisions of their life.

Hampton Roads is a great place to live and work, which is why Chelsie Lee chose to call it home. With roots in Virginia Beach, Chelsie came to Real Estate in 2017. Real estate is a passion for Chelsie , and with her background in commercial/ residential property management, it is easy to see why more than 300 families in 9 years called Chelsie Lee for help buying, selling, and property management.
Chelsie has been a part of the Avalon Real Estate family for 4 years, but she isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home. Chelsie has served in her local school teaching high school students about financial principles and things to look for when becoming an adult and loves being a part of other community events.
A passionate mom, when Chelsie isn't in the office, you'll often find her in the area, enjoying time with her friends and loving family.

Fred Culbreath is a native of Virginia and has been in the real estate field for 15+ years. He attended Norfolk State University where he studied Computer Technology. He moved to Washington DC in the early 2000's where he worked for a Fortune 500 company as a Network Engineer. During this time he developed a passion for real estate when he purchased his first home. Working long hours as an engineer he wasn't able to spend quality time with his family and decided on a career change. Becoming a real estate agent was the best of both worlds! During his real estate career Fred developed a passion for property management and started his own firm. During this time he was the Broker for some of the largest real estate firms in the world, heading their Property Management Division. After seeing the success of Property Management he deciding to open a full service Real Estate Firm which today is known as Avalon Real Estate.
I was raised in a military family and have lived in Hampton Roads since the 80s. So, I know the importance of family and community. Not to mention, I come from a family of Realtors.
Prior to Real Estate, I've been in Business Administration for over 17 years, at some of the most establish Dental practices in the area, as well as, hosting and speaking at local Plant-based / Vegan events. My goal is to take the unknown out of the home-buying/selling process by walking you through the entire process and being someone you can trust.
