Christina V. Acker

Christina V. Acker is an attorney licensed to practice law in the States of New Jersey, New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Western District of New York. Ms. Acker joined Bonfiglio & Asterita, LLC in 2021 and handles residential & commercial real estate matters as well as wills, trusts & estate planning, probate & administration, business law and litigation related to each of these practice areas. Prior to joining our firm Christina worked as an associate attorney at a New Jersey law firm where she handled real estate, wills & estate planning, probate & administration and estate litigation. Prior to her work at that firm she practiced at a New York based law firm where she represented various lenders in Mortgage Default Litigation matters. Ms. Acker graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, earned her Juris Doctorate in 2012 at Roger Williams University School of Law. And is an active member of both the New Jersey Bar and Ocean County Bar Associations. Cynthia Flynn

Biography Cynthia Flynn joined the firm in 2017 and serves as a paralegal in the firm's New Jersey real estate department. Prior to joining Bonfiglio & Asterita, LLC Attorneys At Law, Ms. Flynn worked in various capacities throughout the real estate industry, including with title companies, mortgage lenders, law firms, as an independent mortgage loan closer and as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor where she assisted homeowners seeking loan modification under HAMP and/or other Government programs. As a Senior Title Officer, Ms. Flynn has provided a variety of key closing services for residential and commercial purchase and refinance transactions and as a mortgage originator Ms. Flynn assisted mortgage borrowers throughout the mortgage loan process, from application through closing.

John Maher

Biography John Maher has served as the firm's office manager and receptionist since November 2004, and supports the office in client relations and general operations. John holds an Associates degree in Administration from the College of Staten Island.

Lorraine Moskowitz

Biography Lorraine Moskowitz joined Bonfiglio & Asterita, LLC Attorneys At Law as a paralegal in August of 2018. Lorraine performs a variety of administrative functions for the firm and assists Mr. Asterita and the firm's attorneys in connection with wills, trusts & estate planning, business matters and New York real estate matters. Prior to joining the firm Lorraine worked as a paralegal for 15 years for New York city law firms where she handled wills, trusts & estates, Medicaid planning, asbestos litigation and bankruptcy matters. Ms. Moskowitz earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint John's University with a major in legal studies and a minor in criminal justice.

Maggie Hartie

Biography Maggie Hartie joined Bonfiglio & Asterita, LLC Attorneys At Law in April of 2019 and serves as a paralegal in the firm's New Jersey real estate department where she handles a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Maggie holds an Associates degree and is also New Jersey notary.

Roger Williams

Stephanie Palladino

Stephanie Palladino rejoined the firm in July, 2021 after first developing and managing the firm's mortgage loan closing and settlement department in the early 2000s where she now again manages and coordinates mortgage loan closings in New York and New Jersey for the firm's mortgage loan clientele. Stephanie's extensive experience includes having worked for New York City area law firms that handled matters spanning the real estate industry. She served as operations manager for one of the largest NYC law firms where she managed that firm's entire loan closing department. She also has served as a division manager for the collateral/payoff division of Chase Bank. Throughout her career Stephanie has also worked for title companies where she handled title matters ranging from title review, clearance, recording, and settlement for residential and commercial real estate and loan closings in New York and New Jersey She is well versed in title and settlement procedures, preparing NY CEMAs and subordinations all of which is available to the firm's mortgage lending clients to assist them in proving their borrowers with exceptional service. Stephanie attended St. John's University where she earned a BS in paralegal studies with double minors in criminal justice and business administration. She is also a notary public.
