Our mission at Base Counseling is to assist individuals and families with attaining Balance, Achievement, Stability, and Empowerment. All services are provided in a person-centered, confidential, and professional environment. From the moment services are initiated, the client is treated as a partner in regaining balance, achievement, stability, and empowerment within their life. We provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy addressing a wide range of problems and stressors. Professional interventions utilized include: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Play Therapy/Experiential interventions, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)... At Base Counseling we provide professional, compassionate, and goal-driven interventions to assist couples with overcoming relationship struggles in a confidential and impartial setting.
