Christophoros is the founder and managing partner of Christophi & Associates LLC, a successful law firm established in 2001 in Cyprus. The firm maintains an international as well as domestic portfolio of clients, ranging from producers of pharmaceutical products, foreign exchange operators, public companies, and technology startups. Christophoros specializes in corporate, commercial and company law and regularly advises on commercial law matters pertaining to employment law, IP and finance. He also hosts and produces media platform "Legalmatters", which discusses legal and political issues internationally.

Throughout his 25-year career in the banking and investment industries, Fabrizio has advised on and invested in over 150 transactions with an aggregate value of more than US$75 billion, in the telecoms, hospitality, real estate, and industrial sectors. These included the US$ 4.2 billion acquisition of the Brazilian broadband market-leader GVT by Vivendi (VIV.PA), The Saxony Hotel project acquisition (which was branded Faena Hotel South Beach Miami, following the transaction), the Redaelli Tecna (4th world's largest steel-wire manufacturer) acquisition, L Catterton financing and Cipriani Milan in 2020 and 2022 respectively. Fabrizio has served as Credit des Alpes Group chairman since 2012.

Francesco is a senior member of Credit des Alpes group with 25-year previous experience at raising funds and managing private equity, private debt, and infrastructure funds. Between 2017-2021 he served at Aberdeen Standard Investments as head of the Institutional Southern Europe Partnerships, when he led several global projects, including organising and launching numerous Private Equity funds and a debt platform, in association with one of the largest banks in Europe. From 2008 to 2017 he worked at AMP Capital as head of Southern Europe leading and/or cooperating in several landmark transactions for an aggregate value of over $5 billion. Francesco is also head of the European Funds division at Enfinity Global.

Francisco de Borbón has been investing and advising on private equity and real estate in the United States, Europe, and South America for over 30 years. He has held several senior board positions within the financial services, real estate, and hospitality sectors during his career. These include, among others, Bank of Miami (Chairman and CEO); International Bank of Miami (Chairman and CEO); Deutsche Chamber of Commerce in Spain (Executive Chairman), Ahorro Familiar (Group AXA Insurance, Director). Francisco is currently a senior member of Credit des Alpes group advisory board, which he joined in 1998.

Throughout his 40-year career, Hélio has served at the highest level of the Brazilian government, namely as Minister for Communications between 2005 and 2010. He is currently the chairman of numerous market-leaders in Brazil, among which Light Energy, Ligga Telecom, Sercomtel Telecom, Davos Commercial and Mining Cia., and board member of ABT, the Brazilian association of teleservices (with 1.5 million employees). He has also received several awards for his work in journalism and communications from international organizations among which the World Press Association and the League of Women's Voters of New York.
