Barkot Bakery opened it's first branch in 2013 in Derebzeit / Bishoftu and was well received by the community for the quality bakery goods we provided at affordable prices. Thanks to our visionary founder, Sisay Hailemichael and well-experienced staff, our bakery has quickly become a recognized supplier of quality and carefully prepared bakery goods such as wheat and barley bread, sliced bread, cookies, donuts and cakes. Over the past few years, our bakery has added state-of-the-art and internationally renowned machinery such as the MacPan and Sottoriva to become the biggest bakery in terms of output and quality in our town.
