She has delivered training programs on ‘Understanding cross cultures' and ‘Leadership skills'. She has had an enriching career with Multinational organizations like Schlumberger and Vestas Wind Energy Ltd, Manjari is an MBA in Human Resource Development. She envisions a better and brighter future for the world through training, coaching, and education. She wants to contribute and dedicate her services to the least, last and lost for a better tomorrow.

Roli has been passionate about the subject of Spiritual Consciousness for more than 15 years. Her life's purpose has been shaped up by self-discovery and a deep yearning for sharing her learnings with the world. In pursuit of her passion, she did Post Graduate Diploma in Theology (Spiritual Consciousness) from Dayalbagh Educational Institute. She has also done a program in ‘Holistic Counselling' from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Prior to the founding this Academy, she was working in the corporate world for more than 15 years, with reputed organisations like SRF and Armacell. At Armacell, a German MNC, she was the Head of Marketing (IMEA), before she decided to pursue the path of her inner voice. Roli is basically, a Graduate in Economics Honours from Miranda House, Delhi University; MBA from DEI, DYV- Entrepreneurship program from IIM-Banglore.
