Blake McCroskey

Attorney Blake L. McCroskey is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and a proud graduate of Chaminade-Julienne Catholic High School. Blake started his collegiate career at the University of Cincinnati as a scholarship athlete (Football). After a career-ending injury, Blake decided to transfer to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he completed his bachelor's degree. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2011.

Jeff McCroskey

Jeff joined NCR Corporation in 1994 as a Director of Global Strategic Planning, Alliances & Channels for the NCR Banking Division where he and the team managed a portfolio of more than 100 global "partners" spanning the alliance spectrum from suppliers to equity joint ventures. In 1997, Jeff was asked to move to London, England. In London Jeff was appointed Managing Director of Global Alliances & Channels for NCR's Banking Division. Jeff and his team planned and launched Alliance Programs and developed, sourced, and managed the partner portfolio. The "partner" portfolio was comprised of small and large technology companies, VARs, Distributors, ISVs and Independent Service providers in North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East & Africa, and South America. In his spare time, Jeff is an avid outdoorsman, cycling with Cincinnati Cycling Club, is a dedicated Zwift cyclist and has a growing interest in fly fishing. Jeff McCroskey graduated from University of Cincinnati with a degree in accounting (BBA, 1983), University of Dayton School of Law (JD, 1988) and Harvard Business School (OPM, 1993). Jeff also earned a certificate in Personal Financial Planning from Xavier University (2017). In addition, Jeff completed several executive management courses at GE's Crotonville Leadership Center.

Maureen McCroskey

Maureen McCroskey graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in English (1983) & University of Dayton School of Law (JD, 1988, graduating cum laude). After graduating from law school, Maureen clerked for the Honorable Walter Herbert Rice, a Senior District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Todd McCroskey

Todd McCroskey graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Communications (1985) and the Georgetown University Paralegal Program (1990). Upon graduating from Ohio University, Todd pursued his interest in restaurant management and hospitality. Todd packed up and moved to Washington, DC, where he worked for several different restaurants. Each restaurant providing a new position with increasing areas of responsibilities. The restaurant business led him to working at 4-star hotel in Washington, DC. In the restaurant and hospitality industries a complete and unwavering commitment to customer service is meticulously measured with real time feedback from customers. Todd's dedication to customer service led to demonstrable results and Todd established a dedicated clientele of repeat customers. He quickly learned that it is customer service, treating each customer as if they are the only customer, that brings customers back as a repeat customer. Todd most enjoyed getting to know his repeat customers and their families. With a commitment to life-long learning and a high level of curiosity, Todd decided to expand his portfolio of skills, and while in DC, attended Georgetown University Paralegal Program. Upon graduation from the Paralegal program, Todd returned to Dayton, Ohio, as a paralegal where he was hired into the Litigation Department of a law firm. While working as a paralegal, one of Todd's clients told him that he ought to look at Banking given his passion for planning and working closely with customers. In 2005, Todd joined Key Bank Investment Services and again pursued an expansion of his skills by securing a Finra Series 6 and 63, Long Term Health Care and Life Insurance Licenses. In 2012, Todd received an offer from Fifth Third Bank in the Raleigh-Durham North Carolina area to join the Investment Services team and then joined Wells Fargo Bank Advisors in 2014. Todd provided guidance and service to hundreds of customers in need of planning and banking advice. As a banker, Todd was responsible for working with clients on opening efficient and effective checking accounts, counseling clients on loan programs that met their needs, short term, and long term, advising on credit cards, segmenting investments, and working with branch staff to ensure proper operational excellence in the banks retail operations. In his spare time, Todd is a very committed Ohio sports fan. He is dedicated fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, The University of Dayton Flyers, Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. Todd enjoys every chance he has to talk Ohio sports.
