Beth has been with Brista Homes from the beginning and has played an integral part in the company's growth and success. With over 25 years of experience, Beth serves as the client's key point of contact for selections and purchasing. During the process of building your home, you will have the opportunity to work with Beth and witness her unique skillset in delivering you the home of your dreams.
Doug joined Brista Homes with seven years of experience in administration and public finance, working on budgets and project tracking for large-scale Capital projects in New York City. He directs the financial aspects of the business, such as job costing, payroll and accounts payable, and job tracking, to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Margarita has been the face of the Brista Homes office since 2015. She is responsible for a variety of tasks, including office management, administration, and human resources. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism are true assets to the Brista Homes team.
Mark grew up in a family of builders and has been involved in the construction business since a young age. At sixteen, he began tarring foundations and cleaning sites and eventually ran the construction department for his father's building and development company in Connecticut. He helped grow the family's company into one of the largest in the area, specializing in custom home building and commercial real estate development.
Mark moved his family to Longboat Key in the early 1990s, where he served as Vice President of Construction for a local builder. After gaining over 20 years of construction experience, Mark founded Brista Homes in 2000. Having built over 300 homes throughout Longboat Key, Sarasota and its barrier islands, Brista Homes has become one of the premier builders and remodelers in the area. With astute business acumen, a detailed oriented-approach, and intimate knowledge of the local area, Mark provides his clients with superior service that is second to none.

He takes pride in helping clients bring their concepts and ideas to fruition using the most contemporary techniques and materials coupled with his mastery of construction theory. His collaborative approach establishes trust with clients and cultivates excellent relationships within the industry to ensure quality and efficiency.
Roman specializes in renovation projects throughout Longboat Key, Sarasota and the surrounding areas. His experience working with condominium associations and owners ensures your project is completed professionally and efficiently with the quality and finishes you expect.
As a Project Manager with the Brista Homes team, Ryan brings 21 years of expertise in the construction industry. He is a dedicated worker, whose main focus is to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality services that exceed their expectations.
