Brilliant Tots Playhouse was founded by Ms. Samuel. As a mom of four, she desperately for many years tried to find a premier preschool in her community for her children to attend. Unable to do so, Ms. Samuel decided to start her own program where not only her children can thrive and grow but other children as well. Her goal is to create a diverse premier program that focuses on every child's individual growth and development. A safe and loving environment where children can feel appreciated and valued.
