Brooklyn Pizza & Grill was established in 2019 by the creator Filippo Sparacio. Filippo was born in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. He then moved to Sicily, Carini at the age of one. Filippo and his family returned to Brooklyn at the age of 10. With his family being in the pizzeria industry - Filippo knew at such a young age that he had a passion for pizza. He would help his family at their pizzeria from washing dishes to prep. He was eager to learn and study the ins and outs of the business hoping to one day be able to apply it to his own pizzeria... Brooklyn's customer base is expanding beyond Haddon Heights, as more people are drawn in by its authentic recipes. Since day one he uses only the best quality - one thing Filippo promises is, him and his team will never sacrifice the quality of their product or take short cuts - "quality over quantity".
