Through his various professional experiences and extraordinary ability to bond with patients, Dr. C. provides a standard of care that is unparalleled. Dr. Coslett is an alumnus of Kings College, graduating summa cum laude in 1985 and Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine of Thomas Jefferson University, obtaining his Doctorate in Medicine in 1989. Dr. C. completed his residency at Lankenau in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, proceeding to board certification in Addiction Medicine. Prior to his appointment at Brookdale, Dr. Coslett practiced medicine in Northeastern Pennsylvania for 23 years and has held numerous physician leadership and administrative roles from 2006 to 2020. Through his many years of clinical exposure to those suffering with substance use disorder, alongside education and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) certifications, Dr. Coslett became fascinated with the science and medicine of addiction. As a physician here at Brookdale Premier Addiction Recovery, he aims to provide "light, hope and sobriety to those stuck in the darkness of addiction," helping the individual put their lives and families back together again.

Karen Giaquinto comes to Brookdale Recovery with a comprehensive professional background in human resources. As Chief Human Resource Officer, Karen is not only a strategic partner to our leadership team, but she also recognizes the importance of engaging Brookdale employees at every level, so they may care for our patients in the most effective way possible. Originally from New Jersey, Karen was born and raised in Newark and later moved to Parsippany, where she graduated high school. In 1988, Karen and her family relocated to Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, where all three of her children were raised and attended school. In 2006, Karen graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management and later attended DeSales University, where she obtained her MBA in 2014. Professionally, Karen's human resources background has been in healthcare, where she gained extensive hands-on experience and progressive responsibility in every aspect of her chosen field. Karen is passionate about supporting employee s who care for those in need, whether that be in a large acute-care hospital or addiction treatment facility. She finds being a part of a team that helps improve and change someone's future especially rewarding. As a "Jersey Girl," Karen enjoys being at the shore, spending her days on the beach and in the water. She also loves horses and riding, going out to dinner, and cooking and entertaining for friends and family. At Brookdale Recovery, Karen hopes to build a culture of respect, integrity and teamwork amongst those employed here. Passionate about nutrition and driven by a desire to help others, Kate-Lyn Snare joins the Brookdale team as our Registered Dietitian. With the belief that good nutrition can greatly impact individuals currently in substance use treatment, it is her hope to educate our patients on the importance of healthy eating and how it can positively influence their recovery process. Kate-Lyn is a graduate of West Chester University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2008, as well as Marywood University where she completed her Dietetic Internship in 2010. She is also a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Pennsylvania and Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Before joining our team at Brookdale, Kate-Lyn worked as a Registered Dietitian at Moravian Village of Bethlehem, managing the nutritional needs of all patients in the skilled nursing facility from 2011 to 2015. She also held the position of a retail Registered Dietitian at ShopRite from 2015 to 2019, in Flanders, New Jersey. She was responsible for one-on-one consultations for both customers and associates, in addition to providing educational resources to the local community. Outside of work, you can find Kate-Lyn spending time with her family, hiking, practicing yoga, golfing, reading and going to concerts with her husband. She also loves to travel and explore new places.

Her professional career is proof of a lifelong commitment of service, providing help, support and guidance to those in need. Origi nally from the Bronx, NY, Michelle moved to Pennsylvania when she began her attendance at Bloomsburg University. There, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in 1998, as well as a Master's Degree in 2000. After fighting a personal battle with addiction, Michelle made the decision to reach out for help, and has been sober since April 22, 2004. Her personal experiences of hardship and triumph drove Michelle to pursue a career in the treatment field, a decision that has proven to be especially rewarding. As Chief Compliance Officer, Michelle comes to Brookdale Recovery with an extensive background in addiction treatment, having held positions in various sectors of this industry. Other positions include Executive Director of Safe Haven Treatment Services, and her most recent position on the RASE Project, a non-profit organization which advocates for the recovering community. Outside of work, you can find Michelle spending time with her friends and family, enjoying spa days, going out to dinner, reading, shopping, and listening to music. Over the years, Michelle has played an instrumental role in the lives of many suffering individuals, helping them break free from the bonds of addiction. At Brookdale, her primary goal is to continue to be of service to both patients and staff, helping save as many lives as possible.

As Clinical Team Lead for Brookdale Premier Addiction Recovery, Phillip Jones brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge to our Clinical Team, making him an invaluable asset to our organization. Born and raised in South Bronx, NY, Phillip graduated from Long Island University CW Post, where he obtained a BA in Criminal Justice. He went on to further his education at Hunter Graduate School of Social Work, receiving his Master of Social Work (MSW). In the past 25 years, Phillip has worked in several modalities of Social Services including Mental Health and Substance Abuse. His curriculum vitae includes experience as a Program Director, Clinical Supervisor, Coordinator, Counselor and Support Staff. These experiences have afforded him the opportunity to learn the value of teamwork and respecting every role on the team. It is his belief that patients and staff are a team working together to empower the individual to recognize their innate abilities and self-worth that make them productive members of society. While his long-term experience in the field has allowed him the opportunity to meet many prominent, positive and influential professionals, his dedication and commitment has always been spearheaded by the gratification of having the ability to provide people with hope and the necessary tools to change their lives. Phillip tells us, "Life is about facing many adversities and my personal trials have provided me insight and passion to help motivate, encourage, empower and guide others who struggle on this journey called life." Phillip says his greatest accomplishment in life is his family. His wife and two daughters keep him constantly conscience of the importance of contributing and maintaining the community. As Clinical Team Lead for Brookdale, Phillip's goal is to support others in recognizing that each step of the journey, even the difficult ones, promotes resilience and the opportunity to say, "If I survived this, I have the ability to overcome and excel!"
