Celebrating 40 years in the media industry this year, Clive has managed the media negotiation and buying of over $1 billion of media spend. Clive has worked both in London and New Zealand on a vast array of blue-chip advertisers. He brings all the disciplines into New Zealand media from understanding global best practice of quality delivery at market leading pricing.
Meet Emma, our Media Assistant. She supports the Media Operations team with plan creation and implementation including traditional, social and digital media. Emma brings experience in communications as well as customer and client relations. Her newfound appreciation for the world of media and advertising continues to grow as she lands fantastic opportunities to help bring bright ideas to life.
With a passion for creativity, Jessica works across the full Adobe suite to provide image and video content to tells the brand's story. Also a talented artist and illustrator, Jess has worked with acrylic, watercolour and charcoal over the past decade.
Marco has a passion for investigating the unknown and finding answers. He's able to simplify complex tasks and processes especially in SEO, where he's able to focus on the 10% of tasks that bring in 90% of results. He has a broad range of experience in both international, national, and local SEO, and included in his repertoire are the management of SEO campaigns, reporting, keyword research, competitor analysis, onpage optimisation, link-building, technical audits, and website migrations. However, he stresses that none of this terminology matters - what matters is that he can rank websites, which ultimately provides clients with more online traffic and leads.

Meet Shelley, our newest Client Services Director. Shelley has a background of nearly 20 years in Media Planning and Account Management and has worked across client, agency and supplier side. Her category experience includes QSR, Retail, FMCG, Financial Services and Education (to name a few). Shelley is all about delivering sound media solutions and she thrives on developing and maintaining rewarding client relationships.

Simon is a co-founder of Calibre + Candor and he works with many of our clients at an executive level. His role helps them shape their business and marketing strategies, and define the structure, tools, and skills they need for success.
Tarini is an experienced and results driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist, creating and managing effective campaigns to drive targeted traffic to websites. With excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of SEM best practices, she is able to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. She is a skilled collaborator and excel in working with clients and internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and business growth.
With 20+ years working across multiple markets and categories, Vanessa has developed many successful campaigns for her clients in a broad range of categories. Effectiveness guides the solutions she develops and invests clients' dollars as if they are her own.
