Jeff has over 29 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having spent 13 years in a compression and process equipment shop fabrication environment. He has extensive practical experience with engineered reciprocating compressor packaging, rotating equipment and process treating packages, including design of all on-skid equipment and systems. Notable experience includes the high pressure gas injection compressor packages for the BP Badami Oil Production and Gas Injection Project in Alaska; a large modular NGL fractionation plant for AltaGas; several Acid Gas and CO2 injection systems; and several gas and liquids cavern underground storage facilities.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and several gas processing Chemical Engineering courses through the University of Calgary.

Rod has over 55 years of industry experience, having spent the first 6 years of his career with oil production companies. He then spent over 44 years in shop environments where he directed the design and managed projects building equipment for heavy oil and water processing, Oil emulsion Treaters and Free Water Knock Outs, Electrostatic Oil Dehydrators and Desalters; Crude Oil and Natural Gas Line Heaters, Oil water and gas phase separation equipment; produced water cleanup equipment including CPI, IGF, filters; complete production facility layout and design; custom skid packaging and piping systems design; Natural gas dehydration and sweetening systems design; creation and development of specialized process sizing and equipment design software.
Rod holds a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and has taken engineering courses at the University of Calgary.

Dr. Dzaferovic has 20 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry; 14 years of which includes experience in natural gas facilities, with gas processing, natural gas liquid extraction, acid gas compression/dehydration/injection, sulphur recovery, tail gas plant recovery, CO2 pipelines, gas sweetening, petrochemical manufacturing, and renewable energy processes. Sasa has worked on modular gas plants ranging in capacity from 50 to 200 MMscf/d. Refinery experience includes configuration and optimization studies, rating checks and debottlenecking for Esso Antwerp Refinery, Valero Refinery, Statoil-Mongstad Refinery and Alberta Envirofuels. In addition, Sasa has 8 years of comprehensive experience with scientific research and lecturing. Sasa has significant experience in heavy oil extraction/production, petroleum refining crude units, ATM distillation, fluid catalyst crackers, and heavy oil fractionation, Naptha-Jet/Gas Oil Hydrotreaters, Delayed Cokers and Carbon Capture Technology.
Sasa holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as a Doctorate Degree in Mathematics, all from the University of Sarajevo.
