Jay Wickens is the owner and lead Inspector holding both a "North Carolina Commercial and Residential Building License" and a "North Carolina Home Inspection License". Jay has been a home owner on the Outer Banks with his wife Karyn for forty years. With his vast knowledge of this beach community and its unique weather changes from Hurricanes, Northeaster Storms, Soundside and Ocean flooding to our Beautiful summer seasons, Jay has seen and experienced what our homes and businesses endure. Jay has Built, Remodeled, Repaired and Inspected many homes and swimming pools on the Outer Banks. He continues to educate and invest his knowledge back to you.
